I would like to especially emphasize the technical equipment of the office/clinic. Modern equipment allows you to perform procedures with jewelry precision. The doctor works with very good, modern devices/equipment, which immediately indicates his serious approach to the matter. Negative experience: Extremely Bad and Unprofessional Experience with Dr. M. Mehrdad I had a very bad experience with dental implants at Dr. M.Merdad’s clinic, and I want to share my story so others don’t face similar issues. I had six dental implants done with this dentist, and almost every one of them had its own problems. Each implant required multiple attempts to get it right, but there were always issues like food getting stuck between the teeth, which caused significant discomfort. The biggest problem was that Dr. M.Mehrdad shaved down my natural tooth without my consent to prevent food from getting stuck between the implants. This was done without any explanation or permission from me. Additionally, when I raised these concerns, I was met with rude and dismissive responses, which was incredibly frustrating. One of the implant crowns even fell out while I was eating, which is a clear sign of poor workmanship. This not only caused inconvenience but also highlighted that the work was not done properly. In the end, after I complained, I received a very rude and threatening message from Dr. Mehrdad , which was completely unprofessional. Such behavior is not acceptable from a healthcare professional and shows a complete lack of professionalism. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the treatment and the behavior of Dr. Mehrdad , and I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. If you’re looking for a professional and respectful dentist, I suggest you find someone else.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Smile Quest Dentists for more than ten years now. Dr Mehrdad provides the highest level of service, which is why he's a great dentist. He discusses any issues and possible treatment options in detail, making you feel at ease during the appointment. When I did my root canal and then crown, he was so gentle, I didn't feel either of my injections, and I was so calm and relaxed during the root canal procedure I almost fell asleep! It's been years, and my crown still looks/feels fabulous!

Fantastic experience: Mehrdad is AWESOME!! Please understand that I didn't just have one or two teeth that needed to be fixed, my whole mouth was a train-wreck!! I was initially scared of going as I had previously so many bad experiences with Dentists, that all seemed to give up hope on me and telling me they don't know if my teeth can be saved, and in the process treating me like crap ((yet still taking a TON of my money, of course)) my teeth were worse than ever when I went to Mehrdad, and straight away, he made me feel so comfortable. From the start he made me feel that my teeth will be beautiful, and every time since then, my teeth have made a rapid improvement. Not only that, HOW AFFORDABLE he is- seriously, I was shocked when he had done SO much work and how little I had to pay for it. He now makes me feel confident that I am going to have the most perfect smile, something I had lost hope that I would ever have. Thank you so much Smile Quest for existing, and Mehrdad for being an artist with my teeth always aiming for perfection. You are my forever Dentist!!

Super polite when making a reservation, totally on time, and Dr Mehrdad was incredibly professional and kind. He is also pretty good about explaining what's about to happen and why, and will answer questions thoroughly. Office is nice and well-equipped.

I had a session with Dr. Max Mehrdad which was included examination, filling , removing calculus , and fabricating a occlusal splint. The price and the quality of work was great and I will come back for my next check up within 6 months.

Fantastic experience: I attended smile quest dentists a few times and i was consistantly impressed. I was frequently looking for the cheapest price in melbourne and sqd was the best i could find. After i found this place i had a root canal and the dentist was completely professional and very understanding of my situation. He educated me comprehensively of what the costs, issues and future challenges were. After my initial operation he would tell me what was reaquired and what wasnt, in a very intellectual and understanding manner that was different from most dentists. After a large break after my first few root canal operations he was honest and understanding in informing me that the final $1200 crown was not neccesary which saved me from a massive cost and it would have cost him an appointment. I cannot appreciate this service enough and this is why i would recommend him to anyone. The best dentist i have ever had. Great service, great guy and great result. Cannot recommend highly enough.
