Fantastic experience. I had chipped the front of my tooth and it was absolutely no issue for it to be fixed. Would never even know I chipped it. He explained everything throughout the process. I have never been to a more kind, gentle dentist. Thank you!

He has genuine care for his patients, works beyond hours where needed to treat acute symptoms and is just a great and fair human. Simply amazing and I cannot recommend him enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tran was absolutely amazing with my 10-year-old daughter after she chipped her tooth. He fit us in immediately and was incredibly professional and calm throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain everything to her in a way she could understand, which really helped put her at ease. What could have been a scary and stressful experience was made so much easier thanks to his care and patience. We’re so grateful and couldn’t recommend him more highly!

Fantastic experience: Went to Have a tooth extraction Thursday 6.00pm, by James he was vey professional and extracted the tooth out very quickly without much discomfort By midnight the bleeding had stopped and no pain I highly recommend James

Fantastic experience: I've been going to see James and Snow White for a few years now and can't speak highly enough of him and he's team. Knows his stuff and very reasonable. I had been putting off seeing him about sensitive back tooth for a month or so. Turns out I had to get a wisdom tooth pulled. Did it there and then without any pain. Was like magic, thanks mate. If you hate the dentist, you gotta see James at Snow White. A+++++

Fantastic experience: Hidden little gem. I have a huge dental phobia, I haven't visited a clinic since I was 11. I had a dental emergency, I needed to pull a wisdom tooth out. I rang around 4pm to see if he could get me in asap. I got in straight away. I have pretty bad teeth and no judgement, just kind, caring and calm. I was so happy with the outcome to today's surgery procedure. Now I have found a clinic I feel confident to come more often and make regular appointments. Thank you Dr James.

Fantastic experience: I have seen my fair share of dentists and orthodontists over the years and I can without a doubt say that Dr James went above and beyond to help me and not criticise why I hadn’t gone for so long. He got me in at such short notice and said we can fix you with no issues. He takes the time to care and thoroughly explain things and wants to make sure you are happy and as comfortable as can be. Fantastic experience: Dr James at Snow White Dental has changed my life. After having severely crooked teeth and being insecure and ashamed of my smile for so long, at 27 I have just had my braces removed two days ago and I am still in shock when I see myself in a mirror - I just can’t believe it, I only ever dreamed of having teeth this perfect. After being told by a previous orthodontist that I would require jaw surgery in order to be eligible for braces, I was convinced my case was far too extreme for a “simple” round of braces. That was until I saw the stunning results my younger sister had from seeing Dr James first for her braces. I quickly booked myself in and my younger brother soon followed. However I still wasn’t prepared for these results and it was over within 15 months which also exceeded every expectation. I could go on and on about how happy I am but I could not recommend Snow White Dental enough. Dr James you have truly outdone yourself, I am forever grateful to you for making me feel so happy and confident in my new smile.

Dr James is amazing at what he does, so gentle will give you the time to talk and explain about what’s going on with your teeth! My wife and I both use him and have referred our family and friends to use Snow White dental as they are the best!

Fantastic experience: I have quite a big dental phobia due to pretty awful childhood trauma. Due to this, I hadn't visited the dentist in a long, long time until unfortunately I broke a molar and it needed pulling out. I was terrified but Dr James is truly amazing. He assured me of what types of pain relief were available and that they would work. He talked to me every step and I didn't feel a thing after the needles. I even asked him to do another filling after the extraction then and there! Thanks to Dr James, I feel like I can come back and get my other fillings sorted and maybe won't be so completely terrified of dental visits from here on. Amazing dentist. So fairly priced and I would highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone who is putting off dental work. Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: Hadn’t been to the dentist in years. Doctor James is awesome - quick consult and then straight to work. He did a deep clean and although there was some mild discomfort I was never in any actual pain. I’ve already rebooked you get my fillings done here.

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Doctor James was very kind and gentle and explained everything clearly. Great experience.

If you have a child that needs to see a dentist though your child is upset about seeing a dentist... give Snow White dental Care in Springfield a try. The dentist Dr James is amazing, my eldest child wouldnt sit in the chair for any other dentist. For Dr James though, he sat in the dental chair and easily let the dentist do the checkup. Dr James is very child focused and has ways to ensure every child has an enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a dentist your child will happily go to, try Dr James at Snow White Dental Care, Springfield. Upon seeing great reviews I too decided to give Dr James a go, though the reviews do not do justice on just how amazing he is - the best dentist I've been to!

Fantastic experience: Dr James is the best dentist. I have always had issues with my teeth even as a kid. From bad habits to terrible dentists and dental experiences. But Dr James is amazing managed to extract my tooth where less skilled dentists would of failed and have in the past. He was open honest and upfront about everything even the cost. Fantastic experience: I've had the privilege of being a patient in his clinic several times over the past 8-9 years. Since having a family now, we all use his clinic and hope he is around for may years to come. Never have I felt more comfortable in a dentistry as Dr James and his team go above and beyond to ensure understand everything that needs to happen.
