Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at this dental practice and couldn’t be happier with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. A special mention goes to Dr. David Lee, who was outstanding throughout my treatment. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and ensured I was comfortable at every step. His attention to detail and calm, reassuring manner really stood out.

He patiently explained every everything to me and what my treatment plan would look like. The reception staff were also lovely . Highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Just had a tooth crowned in less than 3 hours - now home with the crown and no more stress! In the chair for only 45 mins all up - no pain and a perfect looking tooth in place. Positive experience: Best place to get dental treatment! All the providers are the best and my personal experience of getting my wisdom tooth extraction with Dr Ron was awesome. I was worried soo much about the pain but dint feel anything. Dr Ron was so gentle and kind. I’ve had no issues since, not even swelling like I thought I would have. Total different experience from the last dental place where I got my other extraction. Will only come to MyHillsDentist from now on!! Awesome place.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist ever! I love all the staff, especially Mikayla at the front desk. They have the newest technology and reasonable prices. I’ve spoken to them about Bio clear, dental implants, all on 4, and so many other treatments. They really are the best dentist in the Hills.

Fantastic experience: I would like to express my gratitude for all the staff and Dr. David Lee. I live on the Gold Coast. I have been suffering from Meniere's Disease, constant dizziness, brain fog, tinnitus and frequent extreme vertigo attacks. I flew down to see Dr. Lee in Sydney because he is the one of three dentists who are trained to perform DTR therapy in Australia. I am truly grateful for the experience from the get-go. The receptionists, how helpful they were! They tried to accommodate my situation continuously on the phone and email before I arrived at the Clinique from Gold Coast. When I finally met them in person, they were not only professionals but also very friendly. They were like a family to each other. It is very comforting to see and feel the family like environment in the surgery because frankly no one comes to the dentist office with happy thoughts. Special thanks to Donelle, Komel and all the staff at the office. Dr. Lee explained thoroughly about the procedure and made me feel totally at ease. I found him very friendly and approachable. With all the latest technological devices Dr. Lee implemented for the procedure and explanation in between, I was convinced that I was finally getting some meaningful help to my years of suffering. Low and behold! My tinnitus that I have suffered for years has almost all disappeared just a couple of hours after the therapy. And the next day I noticed that my constant dizziness and brain fog have almost all gone. I am in total disbelief at what has happened. The improvement is beyond my words to describe. I am certain that anyone who suffers from Meniere’s disease would understand the feeling I am having right now. It is nothing short of a miracle to me. I can go on and on about the My hills dentist. I truly recommend the place to anyone suffering from Meniere’s disease as well as general dental issues. Fantastic experience: Have been coming to this dentist for many years. I moved to Blacktown but that hasn't stopped me attending because once you find a good dentist you don't let them go! Front desk staff are lovely as are the dental assistants. Andrew makes the whole dentist experience as good as it can be, considering. He is so lovely and really helped me with my needle fear. He is also very informative and will explain everything as he goes along. Appreciate him trying to make things cost effective as well.

Fantastic experience: I'd been looked after by these guys for 15 years before I moved away. From front desk to consulting room everyone is warm and inviting. Taylor and Donelle have the biggest smiles as you walk through the front door. Andrew and David are both very friendly and explain procedures well in simple terms. My mum also had badly chipped front teeth from a fall, had them fixed here and are super happy with the result. Definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Andrew was fantastic as always however the dental assistant that checked my teeth this morning was extremely patronizing and rude. I have never had someone make me feel so terrible about my teeth.

Negative experience: Waited a long time in a tiny waiting room and then was talked into extensive treatment which 2 other dentist's agreed was unnecessary. I heard ads on the radio which is why i went there, big mistake- clearly he needs money to pay for his radio ads. Such a disappointment.

Fantastic experience: David is a wonderful dentist. His "tableside" manner is excellent, he explains what he is doing, does not make you feel stupid, and answers any questions you have. He is friendly, and his staff is polite and good at their jobs. It is a professional atmosphere, but also very light and joyful - you can tell that the people who work there enjoy their jobs, which is always nice when they are drilling holes in your mouth. In regards to pain, David does a great job at numbing and waiting patiently until you are ready. He has multiple methods of pain relief that he can use on you depending on your needs, and he is patient enough to wait and talk to you while it kicks in. He's a great dentist and he does very professional work. He has a passion for the industry and for learning all he can about whatever he can, which eases the mind. I would highly recommend using him as your dentist!
