Fantastic experience: Doctor Lamb travelled to the Special Care Dental Clinic in North Adelaide to sedate my limited mobility wife for multiple extractions and a filling. He was helpful, patient and reassuring which made the whole procedure very easy on her. He performed the sedation very professionally and stayed behind until she recovered enough to sit in her wheelchair. Very happy with his work.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Alex Lam came out to norwood incredible smiles to give me iv sedation for top teeth removal for implants, he came into waiting room explained to me the steps he was taking and made me feel valued, I cannot praise him , Doctor Sanghavi, and the team they are exceptional people with caring, compassionate demeanours, they made a very fearful person being me feel comfortable and safe, if fear is stopping you don't go past Doctor Lam for sedation and the Incredible Smile team to help you. Fantastic experience: I had Dr Alex Lam come out ot see me at Incredible smiles woodville for full removal of my top teeth, ready for my implants. He was very easy going and knowing how anxious i am going to the dentist, done everything to keep me comforatble and in such a great timely manner. There was no time for me to even feel anxious. Dr Lam was amazing in keeping me comfortable through the whole process and would recommend him very highly for any sedatition work. Negative experience: My son now has extreme dental phobia after an unpleasant experience here. He won't be returning. Apon looking at their reviews and the sudden numerous 5 star reviews since the last negative review it's obvious they don't take criticism very well as most of them are their own friends and family trying to boost up their reviews. Red flags right there!!

Negative experience: STAY CLEAR FROM THIS DENTAL CLINIC THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY!!! If you looking for an emergency appointment under the SA dental scheme do not go here. This dental clinic has now caused me to loose my tooth from their false “ professional “ advice. The practice Manager Michelle Le accused me of lieing about the advice I was given from her staff, accused me of costing them money despite paying for treatment that I never received because I now don’t have a tooth to fix and apparently it’s out of their scope to remove what is left. Michelle laughed at me when I told her how upset I was that I now don’t have a tooth thanks to her clinic and how offended she was when I said how unprofessional it was of her to laugh at me, and then said ‘ well did you want me to cry instead?’ Never in my life have I ever came across someone in the health industry as unprofessional as her and no compassion. DISGUSTING!!!! * Since this review the practice manager has tried to SILENCE ME with a cease and desist and threaten me with defamation to stop sharing my experience and warning others who are in need of emergency treatment under a EDS form. The TRUTH is not defamation and google reviews are there for a reason.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to the help of Dr Alexander Lam , my son could easily have his teeth extracted while sleeping. There was no fear during the whole process and he recovered well after returning home. I highly recommend it to people who are afraid of going to the dentist. Sleep dentistry is really great.

But using IV sedation is a life saver and Dr Alexander Lam is professional, patient and reassuring, making the experience as comfortable as possible. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Alex Lam for about a year now and it's been a very positive experience. I went into to see Dr Lam about getting a new dental implant which would have cost me around $5000, but he proposed a bridge instead, which not only worked better in the small space, but also saved me over $3000. Not only was I appreciative of the financial saving, I appreciated the personal and professional integrity shown by Dr Lam. Now, my whole family goes to the practice. A good move!

As an 'anxious' dental patient with a gag reflex, I've put off a visit for a decade. After reading a number of reviews I'm so glad I chose Melbourne Street Family Dental. Dr Felicity Lam and her team have been patient, gentle *and* efficient, which I think is a pretty solid juggling act. Two visits down, one to go (fixing issues created by my previous dentist) and I'm actually looking forward to the next round to get my teeth back on track. Highly recommended if, like me, you're not especially fond of a trip to the dentist. Stop putting it off and get it done - it's not as hard as you think!
