Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Worldciti Dental Eastwood under the care of Dr Christopher Lee. I visited for a routine check-up and clean, and Dr Lee was thorough, an excellent communicator, and made the entire appointment feel comfortable. His approach is both professional and gentle, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back! The rest of the team were also fantastic — friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my regular dentist for orthodontic treatment. Like most people, I have found going for dental treatments daunting due to the discomfort and also the costs. However, I have bern impressed with Dr Michael Lee’s professionalism and also, the price appears reasonable as compared to other orthodontist. I also like the friendliness of Dr Lee and his staff. Their courtesy and professionalism make coming to the clinic less daunting. I like the way Dr Lee explained the processes to me. Now, I have decided to make this practice for ongoing dental care. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this clinic — the director was very thorough and never pushed for unnecessary treatments. Dr. Chris helped me with scaling and an overall cleaning, and after having several issues following my laminate treatment elsewhere, he patiently listened to everything, answered all my questions, and even took detailed photos to explain the situation to me. I was truly impressed. I also needed a medical report to submit to the clinic where I had my laminates done, and he wrote it in great detail. I’m so grateful for the care and attention. The reception lady is also welcoming and friendly.

Dr Lee was very detailed and patient in describing how I could improve my ongoing dental hygiene and I found the overall procedure to be surprisingly painless and thorough. Not to mention that the ladies at the reception were very friendly and helpful. I went first-thing in the morning and still got great vibes from the entire clinic. Negative experience: I have been a patient at this clinic for over 10 years, and I am extremely disappointed with how my orthodontic treatment has been handled. I originally chose this clinic because I was told my treatment would be under Dr. Matthew’s care. However, in the past 4 years, I saw Dr. Matthew fewer than ten times. Instead, I was passed between various other dentists with no consistency, and shockingly, there are no proper records of my treatment at all and they also lost my consent form of the orthodontic treatment. My orthodontic treatment was originally meant to correct a single tooth that was slightly misaligned. Dr. Matthew assured me that the treatment would be completed within six months. However, throughout the process, I was treated by random dentists whom I had never met before. I didn’t know who they were, and they had no records of my case in the system. Every time, they would ask me what I wanted done, as if they had no idea about my treatment plan. How does this make any sense? I was paying for professional care, yet I had to explain my situation and request specific corrections at every visit. As a result of constantly being seen by different dentists, my teeth kept shifting in strange ways, and things had to be corrected again and again in a never-ending cycle. What was supposed to take six months ended up dragging on for over 4 years, and now I’m told I have to start all over again. + During my orthodontic treatment, I developed cavities between my teeth—because no one ever explained to me how to properly care for my teeth while wearing braces and my front teeth cracked during ortho, but none of the dentists noticed it. I was the one who pointed it out. Only then did the dentists acknowledge it, but they didn’t seem to care or take it serious During my last conversation with Dr. Matthew, he admitted that mistakes were made and forgot to give me the retainer and told me I would need to start my ortho treatment from the beginning and he will refund the full amount of my previous ortho treatment. But since then, I have received no further updates or assistance for a few months. He has completely ignored my attempts to follow up. I have developed complications from the poor orthodontic work, and my teeth alignment has worsened. I requested a full refund and re-treatment, but haven't recived any contact yet. This experience has not only damaged my dental health but also caused me significant stress and financial loss. After checking Google reviews, I’ve realized I am not alone, several others have had similar issues here. This is deeply concerning and unacceptable.

Negative experience: I had an absolutely terrible experience at WorldCiti Dentist Eastwood and feel completely scammed. When I called on Friday to confirm if they were covered by Medibank, I was assured that my check-up and clean would be fully covered. Based on this, I booked my appointment for Saturday, expecting no out-of-pocket costs. To my shock, after the appointment, I was hit with a $119 gap fee, despite the clinic already claiming $440 from my Medibank. At no point was I informed there would be an extra charge, yet I was still forced to pay. This wasn’t just disappointing, it felt like a deliberate bait-and-switch. I’ve never had to pay for a routine check-up and clean before at any other dentist, and I wouldn’t have even booked this appointment if they had been upfront about the extra cost. Their complete lack of transparency and misleading information make them extremely untrustworthy. I strongly warn anyone to avoid this clinic at all costs unless you're prepared for unexpected and unwarranted charges.

Negative experience: I wouldn’t really want to recommend doing Ortho here. My dentist kept changing every month without any notice. I bet they don’t do Ortho charting and treats pts just by looking at the treatment plan written from the last visit. It took me 2yrs 8month when Dr Lee said 2yrs. There were lot of times my teeth did not feel tighter bc for few days, you’ll feel the pain after the dentist visit. Needless to say, I strongly recommend doing braces with an Orthodontics. 치과 교정 하시려면 다른데 가세요. 매번 갈때마다 선생님 바뀌시는게 말이 되는건가요? 교정 차트도 안하시는거같고 매달 $200씩 냈는데 효과가 없을때가 많아 2년 걸릴껄 2년 8개월에 되서 끝냈습니다. 마지막 교정 방문까지도 원장님이 확인 하시지 않으시고 다른 선생님이 하셨구요. 교정은 여기 추천하지 않고 교정전문의 한테 방문하는걸 추천해요.

Instead of having a single orthodontist dedicated to following my progress from inception to conclusion, I have encountered a different orthodontist at almost every monthly check-up. This inconsistency has led to a fundamental lack of continuity in my treatment plan and resulted in frequent adjustments by various orthodontists. The consequences of these frequent handovers were evident in the improper adjustments made to my braces, leading to adverse outcomes such as unintended tooth rotations and misalignments. These errors prolonged my treatment duration, surpassing three years, as corrective measures had to be repeatedly undertaken, disrupting the intended progress. Despite my repeated requests and emphasis to the receptionist about the necessity to see my original orthodontist for continuity and consistency in my treatment, these requests were consistently overlooked, and I continued to see different practitioners, further exacerbating the situation. This lack of personalized care, consistent oversight, and adherence to a structured treatment plan has left me deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned with the services provided by this dental clinic. It is disheartening to feel neglected and uncared for, especially in a field where meticulous attention and personalized care are pivotal.

Fantastic experience: Been going to see Dr Matthew Lee since 2002 or so at this location. Always happy. Him and his crews at Eastwood are professional and courteous. Location : easy to reach by public transport (train). Hubby had an implant done with Dr Matthew for a long time now and NEVER had any problem. Daughter had a brace done and now she has perfect smile. No significant problems during the process. I had one too recently and was out of brace for 6 months only. Now I have a straight lower teeth Dr Matthew is VERY thorough and very detail. He is a perfectionist so you are in a good hand. Totally recommend him and this dental place.
