Fantastic experience: Dr Farhadi is the absolute best! Such a kind and caring person. She has been our family dentist for many years now and has done braces for 3 of our children so far with amazing results! Dr Farhadi is so good to our family and we are so grateful!

Fantastic experience: I don’t really do reviews but for dr Farhadi I feel obligated. I’ve been her patient for 15 years + and she is amazing. She has always looked after my son and myself even when I was struggling financially. She puts her patients needs first above all else. A true moral and ethical professional. I dread the day she retires as I don’t believe I can find another dentist or any other medical professional like her.

Fantastic experience: Very experience, good and ethical dentist. Put customer first before money, eg. If she is given a task which she thinks is too technical to solve, in the name of customer first, efficiency and productivity, she would refer the customer to dentists that could do the job better, even though she knows that this might lose the repeat business from customer for a while. In another word, she only do what she is very good at and efficiently, and this translate to excellent technical experience and cost efficiency for customer experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Farhadi is the only dentist I trust. She always makes room in her day if something sudden happens. She takes a low intervention approach. Is great with children, gentle, and very affordable.

Fantastic experience: Dr Farhadi is very gentle and has done a great job with two partial dentures, a difficult but well performed root canal, fillings and extractions. I drive all the way from Forest Lake - there are many dentists between where I live and Indooroopilly, but when I find a professional who is skilled, kind, polite and gentle - I stick with them.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Dr Farhadi's for over 10 years now. I did have another dentist before Dr Farhadi, however they were quite rough and it seemed as through they were more interested in getting as many patients in and out in the shortest possible time-frame, and were never interested in explaining the procedure. Every time I have been to see Dr Farhadi she has been polite and gentle as well as caring about my oral health, The doctor is only mote than happy to answer any questions I may have along the way during, before and after any procedure. I will never go to any other dentist as long as Dr Farhadi is practicing at her surgery. Well done Doctor

Fantastic experience: I had to re edit this. I went back to the Dr. Farhadi to get few things done with my teeth. THIS WOMAN AND HER RECEPTIONISTS ARE ANGELS FROM HEAVEN. Don’t get me wrong there is no such a thing as a “perfect Dr” her work was brilliant tho. No dramas at all. Did have to wait but that’s just the usual doctor and patient thing and when I asked “how long it would take” the receptionist gave me the most beautiful smile and reassured me that the doctor will see me soon. I will forever go back to the place and recommend it. Like every other business if u respect them they’ll have so much more respect for you. She is just wonderful. I love her, her clinic, her receptionist. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Kevin is one of the best blokes about as far as I'm concerned. 4 wisdom teeth out in about 30 minutes, he guided me through the whole thing perfectly and my stress level was non existent.

Negative experience: Dr Floria Farhadi has performed two teeth filling for me. After she finished the job, (on my way out) she said I may get pain after the filling because the cavity was big and asked me to come back if I get severe pain to perform an operation on the root canal! in other words, she was saying if I screwed up with your teeth, come back again to fix it! She didn't mention any of potential root canal before she start to do the filling... Another issue , when I went home, I could feel my teeth are not aligned. The filling was tall and caused my right and left teeth sides to be uneven. I called the clinic same day telling them about the problem , the receptionist advised she will check with doctor Floria and call me back which never happened! I had to call and go there again to fix the problem. It has been a week now, the chewing gum still sticks between my teeth where i have the filling!! won't go there again

Negative experience: Today I went back to the clinic to ask them fix my tooth because doctor Farhadi did a terrible job and and didn’t use a good material to fill in my tooth and I was in severe pain, they asked me to wait 45 mins and asked me to go shopping and come back, I asked them politely if they could at least let me know what time was exactly my appointment, but suddenly the receptionist told me that the doctor doesn’t want to see me and asked me to leave otherwise she would call the police, I was surprised and I told them that why I have to leave while I had an appointment and their message on my phone, they literally called the police and I waited til the police arrived and I explained the situation while I was totally shocked that why they did such a thing to a patient who was in total pain, the most terrible experience I had in my life,the worst customer service, this was a total mental abuse for me and I will definitely complain this. This is a reply to their response. Their reply shows their lack of professionalism. To anyone who readDr Farhads reply to my initial review two weeks ago, please know that her comments that I behaved aggressively towards her receptionist are completely false. The manner in which this dentist and her receptionist treated me was in the way I explained before. They were completely aware of why I was there as I had this clearly, calmly and politely to the receptionist when I got there. After the receptionist spoke to Dr Farhadi, she came back and said Dr Farhadi had requested I leave and that I refused, they would call the police. I was given no explanation or apology and that Dr Farhadi didn’t even just see me to accurately assess my tooth or provide any medical advice when I was a returning patient in significant pain from a tooth she had filled, is unethical. To direct her receptionist to call the police if I refused to leave when I was behaving calmly and politely was such a shocking way to be treated. I was so upset , that I decided to stay until the police arrived hoping they would be able to help me. I have written this review simply as I feel it is better that people who are reading reviews are aware of my experience. I have made the decision to file a formal complaint.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kevin Yeager successfully and painlessly preformed multiple extractions. He managed to remove a tooth that in most cases would've been removed by a surgeon. He was very professional and I recommend him highly. This was all done without breaking a tight budget. Thank you guys.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Farhadi is a highly skilled dentist. She extracted my wisdom tooth today. It wasn't as scary as I imagined it would be. I didn't feel a thing even after the anesthesia wore off! Additionally, I didn't have to pay a gap for her services. Fantastic!! Highly recommended.
