Fantastic experience: Dr Jordana gave the most lovely and gentle care for my grandmother! She was very detailed and thorough, and explained things to us very clearly. My grandmother has had difficulties with her teeth for a long time, but thanks to Dr Jordana, we have a much better understanding of the situation and treatment options. We wish to thank her for all her hard work and compassion!

Fantastic experience: I have never experienced a dentist as gentle and as calm as Dr Ben and his lady assistant. They make the environment as relaxing as possible as well. You are truly cared for during the dental appointments and they try to know their patients as well. They remember your preferences so the next time you visit them, they know what to do. This is terms of the tv/music entertainment that I like during the session and the “water suction” type I am okay with. Truly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist ever! Used to be with Dr Yang since 2018, had to stop after covid. Went to another clinic in Castle Hill, totally disappointed at that one. Decided to come back to Gentle care, even it is far from where we live but the good stuff worths it.

Fantastic experience: In 2 months ago my tooth cracked with no pain but I couldn't eat as normal. So I contacted Gentle care's team for the emergency fix and the staff was so attentive trying to find the early appointment for me. When I went to see Dr. Ben, he just fixed like magical and I didn't feel anything with his advance technology and his expert skills. He just gave me the 2 options to leave it as it is or to do crown for the stability of long term advantage. So I chose to have crown so the procedure will need two weeks in between first to get the impression and second to put the crown in. I was very satisfy and please with the outcome. The new tooth looks much more beautiful than the old one. Ha ha! After I have been living in Australia for 34 years, I have tried all different dentist in most of the nations. 11 years ago I had to travel to Asia to fix my implants and crown if I knew him that time I didn't need to travel miles away. Therefore I have a very..very high recommend to see him and your trouble that you think it's big will be smaller by follow his advice and your own judgement and also your budget. Fantastic experience: Amazing dentistry! Dr Ben fixed my aching molar problem when another dentist from a different dentistry actually told me that I needed a root canal treatment and crowning done. Thank God I was recommended by a friend to see Dr Ben. He did a thorough check with precise imaging and found a micro area on my tooth which was exposed (I suspect it was caused by a bad filling from the previous dentistry with a high Google reviews rating - how come? ). My toothache was gone with the filling redone, so liberating! The pricing from this dentistry is always reasonable too. My whole family now happily go to this dentistry. My 3yo boy actually loves seeing Dr Ben and has no issue getting his teeth filling done. Such amazing skills by Dr Ben I must say! The whole team is just so friendly. Can't recommend this dentistry enough. Highly experienced dentists who are detailed, patient and gentle. 5 stars! (Tip: Write the name of your friend who recommends you in the patient form for a discount.)

Fantastic experience: The best dentist in Sydney. I have been going for years now. Moved a year ago and still happy to travel all the way to see Dr Li. Super professional, delicate and extremely skilled. My 11yo loves to go for her check ups. I highly recommend to everyone.

Fantastic experience: My previous experience in my childhood with dentists were not that great so I was always afraid of going to the dentist. A lot of damages were done but Ben helped me and fixed all my teeth problems. I now enjoy coming to the dentist with great confidence in him and his staff. They always provide great customer care and really look after you, which help you overcome that fear of going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Like most people I was dreading my visit to the dentist. However, the pain being caused by my wisdom tooth demanded I do so. So this time I thought I would try someone new and a friend recommended Gentle Care and since the name appealed to me I took up the recommendation. I could not have been more impressed with Dr Ben, his team, his facilities and their commitment to patient care and hygiene. The dental clinic was immaculate. I was seen on time and the procedure was explained to me thoroughly. When I was reclined back into the dental chair I noticed a TV screen on the ceiling and I was asked what music I would like to listen too. I didn't think much of it at the time, but once work began on my teeth, the TV and music really helped take my mind off things. The whole procedure was completed efficiently and without any pain whatsoever and that included the removal of a wisdom tooth. I was genuinely shocked at how well it went and how comfortable I was. This was easily my best dental experience ever. I highly recommend Dr Ben and his team at Gentle Care. They really do live up to their name.
