I’ve been treated by Drs Nandhini and Pilar, who were both so knowledgeable and showed a genuine interest in my dental wellness. The reception team are efficient, friendly and very caring pre and post procedure.

Fantastic experience: I’m always nervous heading to the dentist but I had a really lovely experience this morning at Somerville Family Dental Care. From being greeted by the happy and friendly Practice Manager Katherine when I first entered, to being put at ease by the friendly, caring and professional Dr Emily and nurse Terri, today I had the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Not to mention the beautiful clinic that is thoughtfully decorated and furnished, providing a calm feeling that is so different to so many other bland and ‘sterile’ feeling clinics. I’d recommend giving them a go if you haven’t ahead.

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by a professional and welcoming reception team before being taken away to your treatment room. Dr Gigi is calm and gentle, before seeing her I had an immense fear of the dentist. She helped calm my nerves, helped with my anxiety attacks and took her time to explain each procedure. I now take my children to see the team! They are just incredible! Thank you!

I had work done to my tooth yesterday and went in feeling anxious and nervous and I came out feeling so reassured. Fantastic experience: I’m a pilot flying into Tyabb and visited the nearest dentist. Welcoming atmosphere with lovely receptionists. I’ve seen 2 dentists over the last few days and both were kind and careful with their work. Very happy and I’ll fly to Tyabb and this clinic again for dental work.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience we had at Somerville Family Dental yesterday. My 8 year old daughter woke with tooth pain. Kerrie organised an appointment with Brie for that afternoon for an xray. An extraction was required and we were able to have Nema do the procedure immediately after. All staff members were amazing with my daughter and made what could have been a very daunting experience for her amazing. Thank you so much to all at Somerville Family Dental.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency on a Friday afternoon.I had seen a very unhelpful dentist in Frankston who shattered my denture with no regard I was devastated I called Somerville family dental, best decision i could have made . Arnold couldn’t have helped me more with my emergency he went above and beyond to help me be able to smile again and quickly by temporarily fixing my old denture. I then had a new one made and I have never had a denture fit so well and comfortable. The staff are amazing and so helpful I couldn’t recommend them higher . Fantastic experience: I had a rear molar that had split in half and was causing severe pain. When all other dentists couldn't get me in for months, they took me in on extremely short notice (45 minutes) and were able to help. All staff were very caring and extremely nice. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and have found my new family dentist.

From the moment you enter, the kind, caring reception staff extend a warm, professional greeting and you know that you're entrusting your needs to people who really care. As an extremely nervous patient myself, my experience with dentistry hasn't always been a very positive one. However, upon meeting Dr Gigi, I was respectfully listened to, and her warm, gentle and empathetic manner allayed all my fears. She was thorough, honest and excellent in presenting and executing my treatment plan. I was then handed over to Dr. Pilar, her sister, and her gentle, professional manner was also much appreciated. My treatment included a scale and clean and fillings with Dr Gigi as well as a crown with Dr Pilar and I can honestly state that I wish I had found this practice sooner. The standard has been nothing short of excellent and I am most grateful for the level of expertise, dedication and excellence in all aspects offered at Somerville Family Dental Care. It's no wonder that every time I had an appointment, their little, younger patients would come bounding in with a great big smile eager to be treated by these wonderful expert dentists knowing they have no need ever to fear! The dental costs are very competitive and close to private health rebates. Thank you for your standards of excellence in every respect!
