Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! by far the most professional and caring dental clinic I’ve. Mrs. got wisdom teeth removed & I got yearly cleaning. Hygiene & cleanliness is outstanding. John, Nicole and Sahar are patient, thorough and good at explaining. The friendliness of the staff is truly distinctive, especially Paula and Hellen.

Before coming here I had a phobia of the dentist but John has been the gentlest dentist who was always very supportive and kind to me. Helping to allay my fears. My dental hygienist Nicole ensures that my gums and teeth are in the healthiest condition they can be. She is very friendly and kind and always takes great care. Fantastic experience: Dr.Traiforos is the best dentist I have ever visited, and I can't imagine anyone could find a better dentist. He cares about his patients, remembers personal details, listens, explains and ensures the best possible outcomes. I recommended Dr. Traiforos to my 96-year-old father, who had been to a few dentists over the course of his life, and he was highly impressed. All the Cleeland Dental staff, from the receptionists, dental nurses and dentists are so caring that it feels like walking into the loving embrace of family. Earlier this year I had major shoulder surgery. How many of my friends rang me to see how my recovery was going? A few. But two days after my surgery, who should call? It was the amazing receptionist Rachael from Cleeland Dental who called. I think such an action speaks volumes about this wonderful dental practice! I suggested a friend call Cleeland Dental when he had a tooth break. When you have an emergency, they will find a way to ensure you're seen promptly which again highlights the level of care. The outcome of the friend's tooth was investigated by X-ray and knowing the financial concerns of this man, Dr Traiforos actually wrote him a snail-mail letter (posted in the days when mail was being delivered daily!!) to explain the complex situation of his broken tooth and the best possible outcome. My friend was so stunned to receive such a detailed, kind and caring letter. Who wouldn't be impressed? I used to fear dentists and avoided them for years at the peril of my poor teeth. But since I started attending Dr Traiforos' clinic, my remaining teeth are here because of his advice and care. Dr Traiforos can even adjust dental plates at his clinic! Further, there are practitioners at his clinic who are able to provide top level teeth cleaning and so ensure gum health. I cannot strongly enough recommend Dr Traiforos as a dentist who never hurts, always cares and ensures the best care of your teeth, always at very reasonable prices. And to go to see him means meeting his wonderful team, who make going to the dentist as pleasurable an occasion as being with good friends!

I always walk in with a smile and a bigger one when I leave. I used to have a phobia about dentists but John makes you feel comfortable and glad to say I no longer have a phobia (sort of ).The staff are friendly, helpful and especially Helen who has been there longer than she would like me to share. My family attend here as well. I can't recommend highly enough.

They don’t make you feel bad if your teeth brushing or flossing isn’t perfect but instead, guide you with helpful feedback in a polite way. Fantastic experience: My old dentist retired and a friend from work recommended John, he’s turned out to be a godsend and I have been seeing him for several years now. He doesn’t mess around, if you have an issue…. he’s right on to it. He saved me from Resorption by making an appointment for a specialist that same day. He’s honest, gentle and knowledgeable. He’s not out to fill your mouth with unnecessary fillings and make believe cavities, he’s got integrity and not one of those out to get rich quick denists, I’ve seen lots of them. Fantastic experience: Now I'll be honest. Dental appointments are something I used to dread, but Cleeland Dental is the practice to have turned me around. At my very first appointment a few years ago, my dental phobia was not only acknowledged, it was actually heard. Dr John spent a great deal of time patiently listening and finding a way to make me feel comfortable and confident enough to proceed with the simplest of things - a scale/clean and a check up! Fast forward to now, although dental appointments still don't rate in my top 10 things to do, I'm attending regularly and keeping track of my dental hygiene. Phobia has turned into tolerance and I'm now a willing participant. Many thanks to John, Michelle (my 'personal' hygienest), Helen, Esther, Stacey, Shiane, Rachel and the rest of the team. Fantastic experience: Sahara does my scale and cleans every 4 months, my mum had a phobia of the dentist which was passed to myself. Sahara makes me feel at ease and is very knowledgeable. Dentist John makes the experience pleasant and comfortable too when it comes to check ups :)

Fantastic experience: I went and saw Mattina the hygienist for a clean, I was originally referred to a periodontist by my dentist at the time, I looked into the costs of seeing a periodontist, totally unaffordable, just blew me away of the costs, so I did some research and came across Cleeland dental and I was very lucky to have got Mattina as my dental hygienist, she is absolutely brilliant, Mattina has done an amazing job, saved me from seeing a periodontist, Mattina is super experienced and very through, and a lovely lovely person, I am so happy and grateful for her help, that I have had two of my daughters go to see Mattina , so that there teeth are well looked after and my other daughter, is also going to see Mattina, all I can say is, don’t hesitate, everyone should go to see a hygienist, keeps your teeth in good oral health, go see Mattina, thankyou Mattina, I really appreciate you, I am so glad I found you

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. Dr John Traiforos has been my Dentist for a number of years now. I had so many serious issues with my teeth and he was able to help me and make me smile again. I'm a very anxious and sensitive person and he is the person you want to see if you feel this way also. He is very professional, explains everything very clearly as you go along. He is extremely polite and gentle and always checking that you're comfortable and ok. He is very kind and patient and I am pleased to say he is extremely kind, helpful and understanding of people with any form of disabilities, including Mental Health that need help with their Dental care. His entire Team is amazing and very polite and helpful. He is great with both young and us older ones. All my family and friends have been seeing him for years and they have beautiful teeth and smiles. And l have to tell you, he has a great sense of humor, once you meet him you will remember my words.
