Proud Smile Dental and Aesthetics - Bundall

Fantastic experience: I changed to Proud Smile dentists as they are part of Medibank providers ( cost more reasonable) , it’s very convenient ( in Pacific fair) and heard from friends how friendly they are. My dentist Dr Rebecca Bull has been looking after me . She is very professional , warm and friendly. I had some major problems and needed a root canal and crown done. She finished it and it my crown looks great. Plus cost was reasonable ( comparable with other quotes I got) Plus my gum is very sensitive and she always caters for that. Many thanks Ulrike

I never thought I’d be able to afford the dentist growing up but they’ve always made the experience as easy as possible with payment plans available. Everything is always explained to me by Dr Erwin (who never lets me feel pain) and Brianna is a friendly and approachable star!

Fantastic experience: Great service and cute boutique office. I had my bottom teeth straightened with their in-house aligners and got incredible results in 1/4 of the time I would have with the name brand aligners. I will be a regular at Proud Smile for my check up and cleans, any dental work I need done and have also booked in to have my teeth whitened. Highly recommend Veronica and her team!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood everything, she was patient and thoughtful. The dental assistant was professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I also had some issues with my health insurance, but the receptionist was so accommodating and never made me feel like a hassle. All around a fab experience.

And the dentist and assistant talked me through the procedure and recommendations. The price is really reasonable and the work in thorough! The interior is very clean and modern and is a pleasant place to be! 10/10

From the moment I walked in, the receptionist, Jo, made me feel so welcome and is warm, friendly, and incredibly informative and patiently answered all my questions. Dr Erwin Vasconcelos is hands down the best dentist I have ever seen. He was so gentle during my check-up and clean, and he explained everything in such a clear and reassuring way, including flossing techniques that actually make sense. I also had an initial consult for clear aligners, and seeing the before-and-after projections was so exciting. He really took the time to walk me through and I left feeling confident and well-informed and ultimately decided to go ahead with the aligners and I’m looking forward to picking them up next week! This was easily one of the best dental appointments I have ever had, and I cannot recommend Dr Erwin Vasconcelos and his team highly enough. If you are looking for a professional, caring, and skilled dentist on the Gold Coast, Proud Smile at Bundall is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: Amazing. I went there with a problem on my front teeth after changing my diet. My friend said all my enamel was gone and I needed veneers. When I got there the doctor examined my teeth and said I did not need veneers and that I just had stains From black coffee. They cleaned my teeth and the stains were gone. They were super friendly, honest and caring about my fear of the dentist. They could have said I needed veneers worth much more than a clean and I would have believed them. That is what I call superior honest service! Every single staff Member was kind and made my anxiety disappear.

Last week I had porcelain veneers added to my top teeth in a painless & efficient morning & afternoon visit. His very calm professional and easy personality made me not want to go anywhere else, I was nervous and anxious and can’t believe I had Invisalign And 12 top veneers , honestly I would recommend seeing Dr Erwin , he was so patient with me and nothing was a problem. Fantastic experience: After seeing what a great job Dr Erwin did on 3 of my family member’s veneer work, I decided to book in with him to get mine done recently and I am SO happy with the results! Not only is Dr Erwin an expert at what he does, he was also so patient and considerate, taking the the time to listen to my feedback and work with me to get the results I desired whilst ensuring I was comfortable throughout the whole process. So grateful for the effort put into my smile The dental assistants and receptionist were also very lovely and helpful.

Positive experience: The more I look at my teeth the more I hate them. I felt they rushed the removal! My two front teeth are different lengths, explain that?! I spent almost $6k on braces for a sub par result and to top it off was told I’d have a 6months follow up after the braces were removed, got there and charged me for X-rays that I didn’t want or need and a repair to the retainer that was still under warranty!! The lady at reception is so lovely but do not go there for braces, my teeth are not what I wanted the end result to be.

Fantastic experience: My teenage daughter had an accident breaking her two front teeth badly. We chose Dr Erwin/proud smile dental care based on positive reviews and location. Dr Erwin treated my daughter with such care and expertise.
