Dr Shoung, Dr Sabin, and Bini are very professional and caring.They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable.The treatment was gentle and well done.The staff is friendly and welcoming.The clinic is clean and well organized.

Fantastic experience: I had 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted at Pinnacle Dental. Dr Atteya and the team were super helpful and friendly. I had an initial free consultation where he discussed the ins and outs of the surgery and made me feel really comfortable. They were able to squeeze me in as it was an urgent surgery. Fantastic work!

Fantastic experience: Front desk is attentive and quick. If there is a free spot for your removal it is booked immediately. I had sudden pain from my wisdom tooth at 9:30am, I called them and got an appointment at 11am and was out by 12pm with it removed. Doctor Atteya is very experienced, reassuring and kindly explains the pre and post procedures. Lastly, the price is not absurd and is affordable. Thank you very much to this team I am truly grateful and I could not recommend this team enough.

Fantastic experience: Five stars from finish to start! Dr. Wessam Atteya took a look at my wisdom teeth in the consultation and thoroughly informed me of all my treatment options. Once I decided to have them removed, he made a slideshow showing X-ray images of my teeth and pointed out all of the risks. Throughout the operation I felt extremely safe and calm with Dr. Wessam, and afterwards he talked me through the recovery phase, letting me know that I could call him at anytime if I had any further questions. Fantastic experience: Dr. Wessam Atteya and his team were genuinely amazing! I was slightly nervous about having 4 wisdom teeth extracted, but they put me completely at ease. Dr. Atteya was very clear and precise in explaining the procedure, and his approach made the whole experience much less daunting than I expected. I didn't feel a thing during the extraction. The aftercare instructions were also very helpful and I recovered very quick. Huge shoutout to the receptionist Amy for being so diligent and providing extraordinary communication - a superstar at her job. I highly recommend Dr Atteya for any dental issues.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Pinnacle Rental and Dr Wessam Atteya any more highly! I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed and Dr Atteya made me feel very safe, comfortable and cared for, explained the whole procedure extremely thoroughly, and made sure I felt like I was in charge and could stop at any point. Which I didn't need to because he did such a great job with the surgery. I had very long roots and there was the possibility of opening a hole into my sinuses and also damaging my jaw nerve, but none of these complications happened and I believe it was due to Dr Atteya's dental excellence. Fantastic experience: I am very happy that I chose to have my wisdom tooth extraction surgery performed by Dr Antteya. Dr Antteya made me feel very professional and the procedure was smooth and completed very quickly. He was very patient in explaining the precautions and questions before and after the surgery, as well as the details and steps of aftercare. Thanks to Dr. Antteya my incision recovered quickly and without any infection. Overall it was a great extraction procedure! Not only that, but because of my unavoidable schedule, Dr. Antteya worked overtime to arrange the surgery over the weekend, so thanks again !

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience here getting my wisdom teeth out. Dr Wessam is very experienced and made me much less nervous about the process. Thanks to his care I healed very well. I was also able to get my wisdom teeth out less than two weeks from my first appointment which was excellent.

Negative experience: Just know what you are going in for and clarify clearly. We went in because of some gum pain and they told us we needed to pull out two teeth. They said it would cost around $1,100 because of an infection that could come back. They also wanted to do it right away, but didn't mention that we'd need to take a couple of days off to recover. When we asked more questions, we ended up just getting a prescription for antibiotics and that was that.

Fantastic experience: I was suffering from a painful infected wisdom tooth that needed immediate surgery. Dr. Wessam made the entire process smooth and painless. He also guided me through the step-by-step process of the surgery and how I needed to take care of my tooth after it, along with the reason for infection and pain. The surgery took just 45 minutes and I healed completely within 3 days. This was one of the best dental services I've experienced. The staff are polite, they're always available for queries and help, and Dr. Wessam is highly experienced in his work. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I found out about Pinnacle Dental only a week and a half ago and was able to get a consultation and have my surgery all within that short period of time. I’m amazed that I was able to be treated on such short notice as originally, I would have had to wait until the end of the month to have my consultation with another clinic that I had been referred to and due to personal reasons, I just didn’t have the time to wait that long. I had my wisdom teeth surgery today and am so grateful for the care and attention that I was given by Dr Wessam Atteya and his lovely assistants. They were amazing and made the whole operation less daunting than it was. They made sure that I was aware of what they would be doing during the process and well as assure me of what would happen post-op. Fantastic experience: Every aspect of my treatment at Pinnacle was excellent. From the staff at reception to the dental nurses and Dr. Wessman himself. I choose to get all 4 (difficult) wisdom teeth out with no sedation and although the experience wasnt nice, Dr. Wessman was very patient with me and I didn't feel any pain. I had some swelling and developed an infection post but was able to pop back in for checkups as needed. I love how Dr. Wessman empowers his patients through education and allows you to understand your condition and any choices you are making. Thank you team!

Fantastic experience: Cant speak highly enough of Dr Wessam. I needed my wisdom tooth out during lockdown as an emergency due to infection and pain. I found Dr Wessam Atteya through this google maps business and they fit me in same day. I was so so nervous but bizarrely it ended up being the best dental experience I've had! He spent a good 20 mins explaining to me the options, any risks, how exactly the procedure will work and what to expect. He really knows his stuff and even talked to me about the science around the procedure/risks etc. Throughout the procedure he explained what was happening, and me being a complete control freak this helped me so much. His assistant (Joy?) was also so good making me feel at ease - such a caring woman. I felt in such safe hands the whole time and fully in control, and the procedure itself was painless. After the procedure they said I could contact them anytime even after hours via text if I had any concerns at all (luckily I didnt) and now 1 week out I can say my recovery has been really quick. I need my other wisdom tooth out post lockdown and will definitely return here - they have my complete trust!! Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: Dr Wessam is an amazing and dedicated dentist. He had extracted all my 4 wisdom teeth effortlessly. The moment you enter his clinic, he makes sure you’re comfortable and considers each and every patient just as his family member providing utmost care and bundle full of knowledge. I’ve never come across any dentist or doctor like Wessam who explains the treatment and procedure in detail making sure you understand every minute thing. I had a consultation (which was free) regarding my painful wisdom teeth, and the dentist was very gentle and patient with me answering all my questions and explaining all the details about the treatment options and procedures. Later, I removed all wisdom teeth which was, surprisingly, painless. Dr Wessam Atteya provides the highest quality, and all staff members were of the highest calibre and welcoming. Fantastic experience: It is not very often that, one has a tooth extraction appointment set for Monday morning at 09:20 am. However it is even more rare that one drives to the dentist looking forward to it. I am sure you would too if Dr Waseem was the one carrying out the extraction. Every individual from the receptionist to the assistant dentist treated me with utmost respect and care. They always smiled and explained every little detail I needed to know. The entire procedure was carried out really smoothly without any issues. The only point I felt any pain was when Dr Waseem jokingly said "We will have to charge you more considering how smooth the procedure is going." That is the sense of humour Dr Waseem brings to the table apart from his very capable hands. I would 100% recommend for anyone looking to have an extraction done.
