Fantastic experience: Dr Banafshe Ranjbar is a master of dentistry. She repaired genuinely dodgy work left behind by the community dental clinic and did so with such calm confidence that I felt relief instantly. Where others rushed, she listened. Where others dismissed, she investigated. She actually heard what I was saying and adjusted her treatment accordingly. That alone felt rare. The results? Spectacular. Dr Ranjbar and her assistant made sure I was comfortable the entire time, explained what she was doing without talking down to me, and treated my mouth like it belonged to a human being rather than a number on a chart. The difference in pain, function, and overall outcome was night and day. If dentistry were an art, she’d be restoring masterpieces. She is an absolute asset to the clinic and the kind of dentist you hope to find when things have gone wrong elsewhere. I walked in stressed and sore. I walked out impressed, comfortable, and VERY grateful. My teeth would give her five stars if they could tap the card themselves. Highly, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and caring business. The receptionist was an absolute delight on the phone and in person. The dentist, Dr Banafshe Ranjbar, and her dental assistant were lovely and put us completely at ease for what we thought was a major issue but turned out to be nothing of concern and then didn't even charge us for a full consult/appointment. Fantastic experience: Walked in (I’m a pretty awkward guy) lovely reception ladies set me up with a same day appointment then I came in and had the dentists check my teeth and did all the usual cleanup + X-ray etc, very attractive $200 new patients deal LOVED the experience, good staff nice and quiet waiting room. One of the best dentists I’ve been too and it’s surrounded by other medical places really a one stop shop. Will be a life long customer more likely than not. Seem to be extremely knowledgeable at all levels too.

Negative experience: Do not go here. They will not stop calling or texting even after opting out of their messages. I have told them over and over again that we do not need a check up as my daughter has braces and they do not update their records or remove our information from their system as requested during every phone call. I receive at least 1-2 calls and 2 text messages per month for the past year now. It is harassment and we have blocked their number and changed dentists due to this. Blocking their number doesn’t stop the calls or texts. Edit: they replied to my old review stating that it was only one text message and one call was made. My call log and text messages prove otherwise. I contacted them 3 times to escalate to the manager and remove my details. It never happened and calls continued.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say really great people to deal with. Very professional and really understanding. By far the best experience we've had with our kids for their check ups. Really good with communicating and making all the worries go away. Wouldn't go to anywhere else anymore.

Fantastic experience: The experience with Primary Dental for me is a 5 star+. Being my first time in using Primary Dental services, their online booking system was simple and intuitive. Their office is clean and tidy. Their front office, is very welcoming and very courteous and warm. The dental experience with Dr Laura Clayton was the plus. She made me feel at ease and confident in her ability. I was well informed throughout the whole experience from the start and end of having a tooth extracted. Fantastic experience: My adult son who stuggles to find a good denist because of large roots, went to Primary Dental in Ipswich and the Dentist Laura was a lovely person who took care of my son, and my son will definitely be back...great price and lovely people

Negative experience: Discovered 4 x infected wisdom teeth and told us they would "call us" after looking at the X rays provided by Lumus. We waited no contact whatsoever now over a month. They had 2 phone numbers, and emails. Also after seeing the dentist we waited at an empty front desk for a long time even ringing the bell till the receptionist came out after we could here her chatting away in the back rooms....sorry all of the above not professional.

Fantastic experience: I cannot express my gratitude enough to the aweosme Tatiana, and the amazing Dr Antonia Lam. A 3 hour sitting to rebuild 6 top teeth, with no needles was a dream event. Seriuolsy, I fell asleep during the rebuild, if you ever find a Dentist that you get your snooze on with whilst they work, you need look no further. Add to that, the cost was 30 per cent of 2 quotes I received from practitioners on the Sunshine Coast. I now have a smile I was too self conscious to display for the last 25 years Thank you so very much

Fantastic experience: I’m usually terrified of the dentist, but Dr Banafshe made it the best dental experience I’ve had. She talked me through everything that was happening and her recommendations moving forward too. She has such a kind and warm energy it made me feel so at ease

Fantastic experience: By far the best dentist I’ve seen. I’ve had to really force myself to go every year.and just a clean hurt.to say I’m scared of the dentist is an understatement. But now after seeing doctor Tho, I can’t see it being a problem anymore. I never felt a thing and he explained everything so simply and thorough. His happy personality just relaxes you.

Fantastic experience: My go-to dentist. I've had many teeth repaired or rebuilt by the crew here. They're always amazing, always fun to talk to (when you can), and manage to make the entire experience pleasant (even if they've had to pull teeth!). Can't recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: Had my last appointment today following the creation of new top teeth and have to say what a wonderful team they are at Primary Dental. What started out seeming difficult soon saw me with a dental plan that has me now eating all my favourite things once again. I didn't realise how much I missed biting into a crunchy apple. Can't thank the team enough for their patience in working with me. Now it's my sons turn... oops did I say that out loud...hope he doesn't read this.. lol

Fantastic experience: Due to my hubby having heart issues, he needed to see a dentist recently. He dislikes dentists. Recently he snapped a front tooth in half. I got him into see Dr Tho Nguyen. He came out absolutely amazed couldn't believe how good he was. 1. Explains the procedure 2. Never felt the injection at all. 3. Very gentle - Tho is a very caring and fantastic dentist. Fantastic experience: I came to primary Dental to have my teeth fixed once and for all. I was Feeling embarrassed about the state of my teeth. Dr Tho was incredible and helped to take the shame away. We discussed a plan that was suitable for me and we got to work. It’s now been a few months and I now feel like Dr Tho is like a friend. Words can not express how it feels to get back my smile. I will be forever grateful for your time and patience. I highflying recommend Dr Tho if you have any kind of shame or embarrassment.
