It was easy to scan my teeth weekly and progress with my treatments from the comfort of my home rather than going into a clinic weekly. Negative experience: Cancelled my appointment on September 10th and didn’t receive my $100 refund until October 3rd, after sending multiple follow-up emails. Process was unnecessarily time-consuming and frustrating

Positive experience: Very professional and my teeth were able to get noticably whiter! Had a little sensitivity during treatment but the girls were attentive and made adjustments. Good experience

Fantastic experience: Currently on my 4th week of clear aligner treatment with Urban Smiles Hawthorn. At this point, there is already a noticeable change in my bite and smile. I have a wide gap between my upper front teeth and there is already obvious movement in closing the gap. The initial complimentary consultation included x-rays and a detailed discussion on what the treatment process will be like. The team has been very helpful, approachable, and friendly. All my questions are promptly answered. A weekly scan of my teeth with and without aligners are submitted via an app. The team then gives the go or no-go if I can proceed in the next stage of aligners. The process has been smooth and convenient with the dental monitoring app as I don't need to keep going back to the clinic. So far, I have been happy with my decision to have my teeth fixed at Urban Smiles, Hawthorn. I'm looking forward to what my smile will look like at the end of the 12 month treatment period.

Kathy (the receptionist) explained the process, the treatment steps, the costs, the optional payment methods suiting my personal needs and took photos of my teeth. Trish (the OHT) took x-rays, scanned, and assessed my teeth. Both also provided practical suggestions for my oral hygiene. Dr Igor (the orthodontist) rapidly provided the treatment options after analysing my case. All the information has been clear and comprehensive. Fantastic experience: Excellent all round experience at Urban Smile. I was so impressed with my initial appointment- the staff are really professional and talked me through the details of my teeth scans and the process of having aligners set up and how it would be managed over the course of treatment. I only had two appointments to get going and now it’s all virtual through the app. I wasn’t sure about a seemingly hands off process at the beginning but it’s going so well and it’s so efficient. The orthodontists review my photos in detail and I get the green light to proceed to my next aligner when my teeth are moving as they should. I can see the results as I go, it’s really satisfying and I can’t wait to get the Hollywood smile at the end.

Fantastic experience: First time getting my teeth whitened and had a great experience. The staff explain the whitening process and go through any concerns you might have including sensitivity during the whitening. They do 3 rounds of the whitening and the whole process is just over 30mins. Very happy with the results. Most of the yellow has been removed from my front teeth leaving them shiny and white.

Fantastic experience: Urban Smile have been great, it was fun from the beginning with Chris and his gang. (I know he's moved on now, but still remember him well.) I appreciate that they're very understanding of someone who works full-time, easy to reschedule and book appointments. Monitoring app not difficult to use and the team respond promptly. Not finished with my invisalign yet but definitely seeing the changes.

They amazing at their job, and are both so kind, so funny, and quick and super gentle on sensitive teeth. Urban smile is a professional and affordable clinic, and appointments are easy to make. If you haven’t had your teeth cleaned in a while, don’t worry they won’t judge, and they make sure you feel safe, pain-free and have a little laugh along the way to keep things fun I actually look forward to my teeth cleans. (So weird I know ) but Simmy and Jaz have been looking after my smile since 2021 and wouldn’t trust any other team! Treat yourself to a better experience.
