Fantastic experience: Excellent personal approach. The caring dentist explained why I was getting referred pain to my neck and headaches. Was given the option of a root canal, but decided to have the rogue tooth removed. Simple, pain free and given follow up advice. Best dental experience I have had.

Fantastic experience: I attended this clinic for the first time recently, I was seen by Dr. Attia, he was absolutely wonderful, he put me at ease, he explained my options and treatment very clearly, he was very gentle and caring, and went above and beyond to help me, the other staff were nice and polite. To respond to another review about the cleanliness, I found the total opposite to be true, the clinic was clean and tidy and well presented. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist ever. I went in with a huge fear of the dentist - and not having been in years, with a very bad tooth that needed to be removed, I walked and cried with fear. I was meet with the kindest and most understanding compassion from Dr Rafat and his amazing dental nurse. They took things at a pace I was comfortable with. Explained everything with kindness and patience. I left feeling safe and able to proceed with treatment. I can’t believe I had avoided the dentist for so long, and was so scared. Evercare dental Eltham is staffed by the most amazing people. I went back the next day to get my tooth removed and they talked me through everything, we’re gentle and skilled. What I thought was going to be a seriously traumatic experience ended up being completely fine. I was in control the whole time and I was talked through and supported every step of the way. And literally didn’t feel any pain the whole time!!! A little pinch of the needle (what I was so scared off) that didn’t hurt. And then a quick pain free extraction. I can’t recommend them enough. If your scared out of your mind like I was, this is the best place to go. So understanding and supportive through it all - and so gentle

In the past I have needed emergency care and had to see another Dentist in the clinic, I can highly recommend any of the practitioners, Its a family clinic and they are all great. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to the Evercare Dental practice in Eltham for over 10 years and want to provide feedback on the wonderful family service that Dr Rafat and his dentist family provide for my wife and I. Today I had a crown replacement for an old tooth, which took only a week, due to the leading edge technology his practice uses. I believe his professionalism and care is truly exceptional in today's busy world, and is a reminder of how service use to be when a Family Practice as a GP or Dentist was what could be expected. Very reasonable charges covered by Health Insurance and a warm friendly greeting from the Receptionist as you enter, and a super professional service from the Nurse and Dentist. Thankyou

Fantastic experience: Having dragged myself kicking and screaming into the dentist reliving past experiences, I was quite surprised to find a very friendly team that put me at ease. I can honestly say that for the first time I walked out pain free and actually looking forward to my next treatment. Fantastic experience: Our whole family has been going to this family of dentists for over 20 years. Very professional and caring dentists. Mostly see Sally, but once took my daughter to Randa who was just lovely. Saw Rafat once who was great, but find the other two a bit gentler, but still I would see him if others not available.

Fantastic experience: Been using this dentist for a decade now and could not be happier with their service, and friendliness, care and professionalism. I mainly see Rafat (dad) But have seen mum and daughter at different times who are both equally caring and skilled. I have shocking teeth and this clinic have done everything in their power to help me out, both with their skills and financially. Would not go anywhere else. Negative experience: Had the filling done on one of the tooth, about 4 months later the same tooth needed to be extracted. Cost me 450 for filling, should have had extracted at filling time if i was informed better by the dentist.
