Fantastic experience: Great experience with this dentist. Had teeth cleaned Fantastic No pain.Also had X-rays and found out how all my filled teeth were going. All good, No fear,the most relaxed experience I've ever had.

Fantastic experience: Can I just say wow. This dentist was so calming, so lovely and attentive that my cavities just got up themselves and left when he asked them to nicely. I was waiting for the inevitable pain of teeth cleaning but instead my teeth had the equivalent of a baby day spa treatment (specific reference due to currently being with child). The x rays were like a professional photography session and I felt like a teeth model. I had a very Zen time and will be back as soon as I'm allowed. Dr Myles, you've won my heart*** *** in a strictly dentist related way

Fantastic experience: Being in my eighties my teeth are giving me less trouble than I should have expected, in fact zero trouble, I put this down to the way Miles has instructed me to care for particularly my gums, I must admit that it has been worthwhile to travel the 10 plus kilometres to get to Western Road Dental Care, and I couldn’t recommend them higher.

Negative experience: My experience with this practice was confusing and ultimately really bad. I called to book wisdom tooth removal. Asked specifically on the phone if I can just book to have them out without meeting the dentist first as I dont know the process but they're very impacted so I know they need to come out. Was told yes, the dentist would just call me if he had an issue with doing the surgery that day. I was surprised they didn't make me give many details and actually had to call back and change the date because after I confirmed this I called my clients and booked a week off work for the recovery. I asked the receptionist, "so i can definitely get the wisdom tooth surgery that day? I dont want to book time off work if its not happening" she again said yes I can just book the removal. I thought, okay, cool, this dentist must be set up for doing wisdom tooth removals and must have a little proper clinic in there if they're so confident it can be done on that day. The day before my appointment I called as I hadnt had any communication asking for x rays, and asked if they wanted my x rays for my surgery tomorrow. Was told to send through the link so I did. I didn't hear anything else so showed up next day for my surgery, having arranged transportation and the time off work. The dentist seemed confused and said oh no, he hadn't seen my X rays as they couldn't access the link, and he couldn't do the surgery once he got them for my bottom teeth because it is too complex and requires hospital surgery. I am honestly really upset and this was a horrible experience. Reception tried to find me an emergency appointment somewhere else for the next day somewhere but it couldnt be guaranteed that the new place would do the surgery same day either. I would just have to go and hope. Ultimately I did not go as I no longer trust anything about this practice. 0 stars. I lost a week's pay and had to organise people to cover my clients for no reason.

Fantastic experience: My family has been seeing Myles for several years and I can't recommend him highly enough. We recently moved to the other side of Melbourne and still choose to travel 45+ for dental treatments for his efficient and kind care. Myles has a gentle dentist manner and despite needing some big work done I've always felt safe and taken care of. My daughter actually enjoys visiting the dentist because of the colourful sunglasses and the balloon animals he created for her. The booking time can often be a couple of weeks due to popularity, so best to plan ahead for cleans and check ups where possible however the receptionists, in particular Justine, are always cheerful and happy to accommodate.

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service by dentist, nurses, and receptionists. Dr Miles explains procedures well, and makes sure he asks if I have any questions before finishing. The receptionists do a great job of scheduling, even to the point of calling on the day to ask me to come 15 minutes later (which I presume is for late running, so I don't have to wait around so much). Once when I had an extraction, I express regret at not having brought a plushy to squeeze like a stress ball during the procedure. The nurse on duty that day actually lent me her tooth-shaped squishy instead! So kind.

Fantastic experience: Myles is a great dentist and the staff that work there are just lovely .feel very much at home there. What a wonderful job Myles did on my teeth today and Justine you were so so supportive and so was mary. Just lovely people ,so caring and loving and gentle. Very happy going there. Thank you myles for doing such a great job on my top teeth .just love them .

Positive experience: Great dentist, basically on time. Everything is clean and tidy. All work is explained and I am given opportunity to ask questions.

Negative experience: I have been a client of Dr Wooley for 20 years, today I rang up when your dentist was open till 2pm, left 2 voice mssges as I was in terrible dental pain, no call back. Had to go to emergency dental clinic to have my pain addressed & tooth pulled out. Your service is terrible & I have now changed dentist to Studfield dental clinic who were fantastic. Not happy at all

Dr. Myles was great.I went for cleaning and scaling and had little swelling in my gums. He didn't let me feel any pain while cleaning. Fantastic experience: I travel almost an hour to visit this dentist at Western Road dental care as I have the best dentist ever . Not only is he friendly but very helpful with advise for the best care for my teeth and actually makes my time in the chair a more pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: I really hate going to the dentist. But this dentist is the best dentist I have ever been to. Everything is so clearly explained. Completely pain free. Great with all my kids too. Can not highly recommended enough. So modern they take photos of your teeth so you can see what the problem is. If you looking for a dentist use this one! You'll never look for another one.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended, I've found my new dentist. Practice is newly renovated and the facilities are excellent, uses the latest equipment. Completely painless visit with instantaneous viewing of photographs and X-rays of my teeth on the TV on the wall.
