Fantastic experience: My Daughter recommended me to Aurum Dental. I have always been scared of going to a Dentist but I thought I would give Aurum ago as I was desperate to have work done. When I was diagnosed with Scleroderma in 2024 I was told my teeth and mouth would change and I need to look after them. Kelsea and Tracey are the best and made my time at Aurum very calming and stress free. Give Aurum ago u won’t regret it. Cheers Lorraine Allen

Fantastic experience: I had to have my bottom tooth that I chew with out. It took a long time for the dentist to get it out as it didn't want to come out, he finally drilled it and got it that way .He didn't need to go to gym as he had a hard workout trying to get my tooth out. The staff are marvellous and I got a follow up call today to check how I'm doing. How's that for service.excellent service ,happy staff made my day checking in with me . Fantastic experience: auDHD 53yo. I’ve never felt in safer hands at the dentist. Kelsey and the team provide the best experience. All women. Beautiful rooms. Not clinical at all. But the best part? My new tooth brush! If you have sensory issues around brushing, make a booking now. Smooth smooth smoothest handle I’ve ever held. Goldilocks bristles that are not too soft and not too hard. I found myself brushing after lunch because I WANTED TO!

I feel the need to leave a review and give them the hype they deserve. The care, cleanliness, technology and overall feel is elite. But most of all, their care really stands out. Fantastic experience: I've never been so happy to go to the dentist until I found Aurum Dental. I'd been experiencing high sensitivity and tooth pain for 2 months prior to my visit and had seen other dentists without getting a solution. The minute I walked into Aurum, I was immediately put at ease with welcoming faces and a dentist who I felt actually wanted to solve my issue. Dr Zorba was incredibly thorough and came up with a treatment plan which has already made a huge improvement to my sensitivity. I am 100% converted!

I travel all the way from Rochester because the staff are just so beautiful and kind and most importantly considerate on peoples mental health and needs fantastic dental plans They take emergency voucher from the hospital! They have TVs on the roof too so it’s something to take the mind offf of things Thank you to all the female Staff for being the most kind and caring team when it came to fixing my smile

Fantastic experience: Such lovely and welcoming staff at Aurum dental. Very well advanced in there technology, I was able to get a complete overview of my teeth in just 30 mins. The oral health therapist was gentle and thorough for my clean. I expressed my concerned about my smile and the dentist came in and listened and offered me a few choices on what I would like to do. You can see they are very caring and passionate about their work.

I required an emergency appointment and was lucky enough to snag a spot within a couple of days - completely painless and gentle consultation and procedure and such phenomenal care from Dr Kelsey and her assistants. Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend using Dr. Kelsie Boots and her amazing staff for any dentistry work. Being a person that is dentist phobic, I found Dr Kelsie so gentle and calm that she put me totally at ease. After a couple of visits and having had 2 wisdom teeth out, I can honestly say that it was no where near as bad as previous visits to other dentist’s. I now no longer have such a phobia of dentists and my next visit is not looked upon with such dread. The surgery also is a very calming and lovely place to visit and it doesn’t smell like a dentist office, which all helps in the overall experience. Her staff are also amazing and kind. Thank you Kelsie for finally helping me to not be a big sook now when going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had a broken wisdom tooth removed in April 2025. Aurum dental was a wonderful dentist practice. Kelsey the dentist and staff were all lovely, caring and professional. This dental surgery went above and beyond my expectations. 100% recommend Aurum Dental.

Nothing is too much trouble, they understand that adults can be nervous too, and go over and above to make sure that you are both comfortable and aware of what they are doing and why. Fantastic experience: I recently won a competition from Aurum dental. When I met the staff they were so welcoming and friendly. Service was absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Fantastic experience: I had to book an emergency appointment for my 10 year old after breaking a tooth. They were all friendly and welcoming made my daughter free safe and welcomed. She had to get 3 teeth out the broken one and 2 other baby teeth that needed some help and they made it the most relaxing experience and explained everything well and didn't push to do work that didn't need to be done like most dentist the pricing was great and we will be back with the rest of out family and have recommended to all friends with children. Keep up the great work!

Fixed the problem without any fuss. She was very professional along with all her staff. For a new business, you couldn’t wish for a more relaxed and informative practice.
