Fantastic experience: Staff are extremely professional and friendly my son enjoyed his visit to the dentist and was very well taken care of.

Fantastic experience: I broke a filling in the car today, rang Dr Ip's surgery and within one hour my tooth was fixed - I have been a patient for over 35 years and both Dr Rodman and Dr Andrew have been the best dentists to me and my husband. Their nursing /admin staff are also the best, a real team working together, always kind and gentle, highly highly recommended

Fantastic experience: The experience was great. It was an amazing experience as the staff were incredibly supportive and kind, proving them to be the best dentists in Sydney. I am very grateful to them and am extremely happy with my dental care. The experience was affordable and worth every single cent. Although a total of ~$900 was reached for 4 check ups and cleans + 1 filling, the money was put into well deserved hands, earned nicely. I really enjoyed this visit after every 6 months, as coming to the Parramatta Dental Studio proved to be worthy of my time and a great investment of my money and time. I would certainly recommend this place and would rate it 5/5 stars. Amazing place!!!

However, the family of Dental specialists at Parramatta Dental Studio, have been trusted with the dental health of my entire family for many years. They are competent, safe, reliable, approachable, and everything wonderful you do not expect a Dentist to be. If you are not happy with your current Dentist it would be my strong recommendation that you head over to Parramatta Dental Studio. They have successfully got me out of many a sticky and uncomformtable dental issue.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rodman Ip has been my dentist for over 15 years, he is fantastic! It takes me close to an hour each way to get to and from the dental studio but it's worth the travel time, he is great at what he does and the rest of the team is lovely too. Highly recommended if you are looking for a great dentist.

In my opinion Dr Andrew was highly skilled, compassionate, precise and took the time to explain everything clearly. The procedure was smooth and pain-free, thanks to their gentle approach. I highly recommend Dr. Andrew and the team for excellent dental care. Just to add I found Dr Andrew to be exceptionally respectful.

Negative experience: Got a quote from here twice, the first time quoted estimated to be around $600 but was charged $900 ... okay then. The second time was quote around $600 again but of course it was to be charged more than that and when asked about the quote the receptionist denied quoting the said amount even when we asked her twice. The receptionist then got all worked up about it and said there would be no more next time, we still ended up paying a bit more than quoted and just so we all know here the quotes were done after consultation and x-ray. We weren't rude about it when we asked the receptionist about the quoted price but she was to us. Is this fair ? Is this professional ? You tell me ... also you said no more next time, absolutely because we are not coming back there after all that. PS I'd say the dentist did a great job but just the way the procedure was done and how the receptionist was handling things. I mean, you don't want to mislead any customer, right ??

Fantastic experience: Dr Pheary Ban and her assistant provided an excellent service. The practice was very well equipped and maintained. The oral examination was thorough and insightful, and the teeth clean detailed and only just a tad sensitive. Modern, professional and very friendly.
