We had various consults with other orthodontists and settled with Marvel as the treatment plan with plate and braces was the most comprehensive for the a reasonable cost. We were informed every step of the way and the treatment ended when we were advised it would. We now have our son going through with clear aligners. We've had a great experience.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience at Marvel Orthodontics. The specialist was very professional and gentle, explaining every step clearly. They did a full facial assessment, X-rays, and 3D scans to check teeth and jaw structure — much more thorough than I expected! I learned that orthodontics isn’t just about straight teeth but also about improving bite, facial balance, and confidence. Highly recommend, especially for kids to get checked early!

We had a plate to correct her underbite and widen her palate, then braces to straighten her teeth. She now has the most gorgeous smile and you can see the confidence it gives her. It's amazing! Negative experience: I won’t recommend them to anyone, they wasted a lot of time for my daughter’s braces and after charging me half of the agreed amount, they advised me to take a transfer. I had two pay twice due to them for my daughters braces

Fantastic experience: Marvel orthodontics was so amazing and the most organised, kind, and efficient group ever. Every time I came in to tighten my braces they were so welcoming and very quick. Before getting my braces on I heard all these stories from my friends about how they hurt so much however I had a much difference experience. They were a little sore however the pain went away almost immediately and braces just became the norm for me. I would definitely recommend to go here, I could not have asked for a better professional or considerate business to undergo my braces treatment.

Fantastic experience: I can’t rate Dr. Jassica Li and her team highly enough! All the team are so friendly, professional and caring. After getting consults from four orthodontists, I decided to go with Dr Li who confidently suggested me the most suitable treatment option for my condition. I am currently still in the process of my Invisalign treatment but I already see my big smile so I am pretty sure the outcome would be fantastic after the whole treatment completes. Fantastic experience: Excellent service by Dr Jessica!

Negative experience: Came here for a new patient consultation. Before the consultation, I was told that if I had done xray recently, I can bring them to the consultation so they don’t need to take another set of xray again. Went into the consultation room and the assistant took a set of photos of my teeth and did not ask me to do X-rays on the understanding that I had my X-rays already. After that’s all done, Dr Li came in and said she cannot provide me a treatment plan without the xray showing the side profile of my jaw (the xray I had was the front profile of my jaw). The consultation was $129 without any xray taken. I also did not receive any treatment plan or constructive advice on my dental concerns. I did more talking during the consultation than Dr Li. Had I known that they need a xray scan of my side profile, I would have just obtained that from my dentist or I would have just done that at Marvel (their webpage says consultation inclusive of xray costs $149). Also the cost of Invisalign is a fixed fee disregarding the complexity of your treatment.

Fantastic experience: I have visited the practice lately and I found out their services are very professional. I first found out about this place from a friend who recommended this place then I thought might be worth trying. I booked the initial consultation at 6 pm, it's kind of late as I need to finish my daily work. When I arrived on the day, they are very patient, kind and genuine care about your teeth and honest about your situation. I had a good chat with the team and fully understand my situation. Their team also followed up few days after the consultation just to check if you have concerns or questions. I'm currently waiting for my dental assessment and I will go with them once my dental issues resolved. You should at least book an initial consultation and talk to the people there, it is worth trying.
