Fantastic experience: 2 days ago I went for cleaning my teeth I’m satisfied with his work doctor Neil is very kind and professional as he knows that my English is not good but again he listens me properly and he knows that what I mean god bless him ❤️❤️❤️he is very kind with everyone I like the way he talks with his patients so nicely and make them comfortable

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr Neil Seri Dental since I was young, and every single time he has gone above and beyond to take care of me. Dr Neil is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients. He always explains things clearly, takes his time, and makes the entire experience feel comfortable and stress-free. Even though I don’t live close anymore, I still drive out to Rowville just to see him that’s how much I trust his work

Fantastic experience: I feel it's somewhat remiss of me to have overlooked writing a review for Dr.Neil, his diligent receptionist Rose and his very patient nursing team. I'm not a local but I drive the distance for this team's care, professionalism, expertise and dedication to preserving my teeth at this stage in my life. Dr.Neil is cautious and will not compromise tooth integrity if there is an alternate yet equally effective way about things - cost effective for the patient, perhaps not so for him ! Thank you Dr. Neil, I am grateful.

Negative experience: I have enjoyed my experience with Dr Seri when it came to regular cleans and check ups, he is fantastic and professional however I had to get my tooth filling replaced in the last 6 months as it was casting a grey shadow and initially the appointment was double booked which made me wait for over 40mins and later they couldn't get the colour right and had to give a couple of go's to be almost similar and may be worst looking, it didn't take the shadow away and after the process, I was told veneers might be a better option for the look I am expecting. I should have been tolf upfront that it wouldnt make a difference. The filling literally fell off last night and chipped away and my previous filling lasted me years. I feel so deflated and conscious as this is my front 2 teeth and they also altered my tooth to make it align better, which was not required in my opinion. I am so disappointed. I think regular checks ups are great but anything too complex is a no go.

Fantastic experience: I'm one of those people that hate having to go to a dentist but wow I am definitely coming to this one from now on! Dr Seri is just so understanding and great at what he does! You won't regret it!

Negative experience: Terrible service. Sat in the waiting room for 15mins before anyone acknowledged I was there, 20mins past my appointment time only to be told they were 30mins behind schedule and staff made no apologies. First time at this practice and won’t be coming back
