Negative experience: After reading the reviews; I was surprised and very disappointed that I was not listened to, and I was misdiagnosed.

Fantastic experience: Koala Dentist is the BEST in South Gippsland. Superb dentist and staff. Calm surroundings and a real sense that you're being looked after. When I go there I know I am in safe, professional hands. Thank you Koala Dental !!

Positive experience: Recently attended koala dental in koonwarra for a tooth removal, instead Dr. Simone Lansell and assistant kept the tooth and performed a dental procedure were the drill was not used( I'm not one for the dentist drill). Simone made the procedure comfortable for the nervous patient.

Fantastic experience: Koala Dental are amazing. Both myself and my kids have had appointments here. I’ve been able to get in last minute or after a cancellation on multiple occasions. All of the staff are super lovely and are really accomodating of kids. They are amazing at keeping kids calm and relaxed during appointments. Very patient and understanding. Both my kids (1 and 3 year old) love going to the dentist because of this place! They even have a downloadable book about the dentist for kids to read before their dentist visit. It was no joke my son’s favourite book to read for months! They have a kids play area in the waiting room with books, tv and drawing to keep the kids entertained while they wait. The staff also offered to put on paw patrol on their computer in the dental room to keep them calm. Totally recommend! I won’t go anywhere else now that I’ve found Koala Dental!

Fantastic experience: The best dental clinic I have ever been to! Rubia is lovely and really takes care of you, for anyone who has a fear of the dentist, I promise you won't be stressed when going to Koala Dental! It's so great that even after I moved to Melbourne, I still make the trip down to Koonwarra because I refuse to go elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: Everybody at Koala Dental are so very welcoming. I do actually feel very comfortable and at ease as soon as I enter the door ( not too mention how beautiful the venue is). Since finding Rubia and her crew I actually seek out my next appointments rather than avoiding them. They are very intune with how I am feeling at every step of any procedure I have done. I recommend them to everybody and quite frankly I dont understand why you would go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist! The whole family went for a dental check. Rubia was very gentle with our son and very efficient. He did not protest once during the check. The practice is situated in a lovely place, freshly renovated and nestled in the trees. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Rubia and the team at Koala Dental were amazing! They explained everything before helping make a decision with my sore tooth. There was no pain at all, and a view of the trees right outside the window. I felt instantly at ease with the good tunes, professionalism and Rubia’s quick wit.

Fantastic experience: I drove from Melbourne to visit Koala Dental for periodontal work, I am a very nervous dental patient but I was made very welcome and put at ease by the staff and the dentist very happy with the treatment.

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment here 5/1/22. Exceptional dental practice. Beautiful calm and clean space, very welcoming. Treatment rooms set up very professionally but with a more personal feel, far less intimidating than other dentistries. Rubia was very reassuring, knowledgeable and kind throughout the appointment. Dental nurse was also excellent and efficient. Will make Koala Dental my regular dentist for sure.
