Negative experience: Was a bit rude to me - "Are you one of those mouth breathers?", used amalgam on my wife's filing instead of composite without asking. After this we said we to ourselves we wouldn't be back. Our 5 yr old daughter's first tooth came through the other month, except it broke coming out, leaving half the tooth in the gum. My wife was worried and didn't want to wait to see our preferred dentist, so they came back here. The dentist cleaned my daughter's teeth when she didn't want it done - she was too scared! When we visited our preferred dentist, he had to work hard to regain her trust and wasn't even able to clean or work on her teeth. Hopefully our daughter will trust our preferred dentist enough to allow him to clean at our next check up. Would not return to Crystal Smile Dental.

Negative experience: My experience to this dental was terrible, I just booked in for one thing was $160-180 I reckon, but dentist did X-ray without me asking him to do it which brought my bill to $366, my insurance paid for it but I didn’t ask for it. Didn’t do good job and was Rush Doesn’t recommend them at all

Negative experience: I will be keeping this anonymous, but I did come in for one appointment and it felt very rushed. Despite cancelling my next appointment, I was called daily by rude and confused receptionists pressuring me to come in. Receptionists need better training, kept excusing poor customer service for being new, which was used for months. They just came across as money hungry and disorganised, very unprofessional. Don't bother going here.

Negative experience: Edited!! Very bad workmanship and service! My dad got new dentures from this place mid year last year and paid 100% deposit upfront, still didn't get it until after 3 months but after 3 months of using it, it's already broken and this place is saying the denture can't be fixed anymore and will need to purchase a new one. How can you trust this business! Would not recommend at all and would stay away from this place! Edited as I couldn't reply to the owner's response: I just confirmed with my dad and he said the first dentures that was used was rubber type but the dentist who worked on him somehow didn't get it right so they used nylon the second time but still didn't manage to get it right as it's already broken after 3 months? Why did the dentist use a different type of material? Maybe to cut cost? And if you're saying that the material is not repairable, why was it recommended in the first place? Please explain?

Negative experience: Worst place to visit. I don't recommend anyone to visit this place. What discount you are talking about? We paid you $46+$95+$360 =$501 for the job you couldn't do it properly. When complained and gave you the bad review you guys are crying like a baby. People who are here for the review mark my words this place is not good for service. There are other closer place where I think you get good service.

Very rude as well . very disappointed. wished we had gone somewhere else.The way you reply shows how arrogant , rude and you are . Even if you were disposable gloves you were touching everywhere with that dirty gloves . You were touching all those sterile instruments with the dirty gloves . After the treatment the treatment the condition got worse than before and you want us to pay for same treatment again and again . If you cant do you job properly you should have told us that you you could not do it . we could have gone somewhere else .
