Fantastic experience: One of the best presents I gave to myself. Staff are fantastic, Dr.Alex is an artist, he knew exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond! My whole experience was smooth, easy, and no pain at all. A few bruises for a few days, but not sore at all. I will recommend this clinic to anyone (and I have) looking to improve their smile, their confidence and health. I was in so much misery and pain before this procedure, I was literally drinking smoothies, now I can enjoy whatever foods I desire, and can laugh out loud with so much confidence, without being embarrassed and covering my mouth with my hand. I’m in awe of their care, their professionalism. 2 days! …2 days!! Crazy! The best decision ever. I’m me again! A good clean every 6 months, that’s it, and they all remember you, so genuine and friendly.

Negative experience: Read everything thoroughly before signing, paid $250 for a CDC scan and a consultation which lasted about 15 minutes. Afterwards I wanted a second opinion and they told me I would have to pay another $75 to release the scan that I had already paid for. After this I have chosen to go elsewhere, it really just feels like they are out for every cent you have. I was extremely disappointed as the staff were so lovely and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here for a scan or consultation as you really don’t get what you pay for. Update: it took almost a week to get a pdf docuemnt (that I paid for) of my full mouth scan, they told me that the I needed a licence to view the files which was a lie as I downloaded a free xray scan app and was able to view every file. They continuously told me all the scans were in the file yet when I viewed them only one scan was viable, 2-3 clinics couldn’t find the scan they were referring too and when I asked which folder or file the scan was in no one could identify the file. I had to get another person to step in and wallah the image magically appeared, I asked when the file was in the original files sent and got no response. As stated above I’ve never heard of a medical or dental place withholding medical documents and charging a fee but now I will read over everything carefully. Couldn’t believe that in this financial climate they would do this to their customers. Hope yous are happy with yourselves.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional Experience at the All On 4 Clinic I had one of the best experiences ever at this dental clinic today! I’ve always been a bit anxious about my dental care, and I was really nervous about being judged. However, Wesley made me feel completely comfortable. He was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough in explaining what needed to be done to fix my tooth. For anyone who’s nervous or unsure about what to expect when improving their dental care, I highly recommend this clinic. You’ll definitely be in safe hands.

Fantastic experience: I've had my implant in for almost 2 years and I can say that i t is one of the best investments I've ever made. I can smile confidently without having to be self conscious of my teeth and dentures. I can also eat many foods that I haven't eaten for many years. Getting the implants wasn't cheap but it's given me confidence once again. Alex initially examined me and performed the procedure. It did take some time for them to settle in but the pain and inconvenience at the time was certainly worth it. I thank Alex and all the team at All On 4 Clinic in Burwood for the opportunity to enjoy a great variety of food again which I had been missing and the opportunity and confidence to smile without feeling self conscious or embarrassed. Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars - I WOULD. I chose this practice after many months of endless research and review reading and reading about how Alex was a leader in the all on 4 procedure. The option for sleep dentistry was very important to me and I feel as though I was very aware of what was going on. I have SEVERE dental phobia/trauma and it was a deeply personal, hard and confronting thing to do for me however I believed this was the correct place to get the smile I so desperately wanted and deserved. My PTSD was triggered and I felt ignored, brushed off and dismissed when voicing my fears and opinions. The whole process felt rushed and cold. I made a note of needing to not hear and see anything being done, was assured I wouldn’t but I certainly did. It felt unorganised and I felt very uninformed and like I had no time to come to terms with the surgery or how I was feeling about this operation. I felt needles going into my mouth and I felt incredibly deep pain and did not feel like the anaesthetic was thorough. Once in “recovery” which was just 3 chairs with a curtain around them, I was moved to a store room up the back which was full of dental equipment and an assistant came in and asked me if I had transferred the money to their account yet even though I was in a lot of pain and still groggy from the anaesthetic. I was only a few meters away from another patient having work done which once again triggered my ptsd and made me feel very upset and uncomfortable. When choosing the colour and shape of my new teeth I was also ignored. I asked for beautiful white teeth and Alex made a point of saying they “don’t do the fake white” colour and asked a dental nurse to go and see if she could find the “fake white” colour samples. My preferred treatment plans and teeth preferences were ignored the entire time. I wanted my implants a mm longer and they remained the same length. My daughters came to pick me up and I was in tears, they were also there for the final insertion of the teeth and can vouch that it was done quickly and dismissively. Knowing my phobia of sounds and the things around me, I was left in the chair for a significant amount of time before Chris came to put the teeth in and was told “it’s just noises” when I voiced that I was feeling anxious and scared, he then put them in so quick that even the dental nurse was surprised. I felt terribly embarrassed and let down after leaving my trust in these so called caring professionals and am still so upset that I was left feeling so embarrassed and ignored. This clinic is only after your hard earned and saved money. I paid a total of $31,000 and am no better off. I requested botox in my jaw as I grind and clench my teeth and it wasn’t done, therefore my $31,000 teeth have been ground down to almost nothing. I went here seeking a more aesthetically pleasing and functional smile and have been totally let down. I was informed that these implants were the inferior ones and if I wanted the better ones they would cost an additional &10,000. I felt so embarrassed, traumatised and upset that I physically couldn’t attend the post op checkup as I mentally couldn’t handle being belittled and ignored again. My teeth have costed me an absurd amount of money, I would be happy to pay that amount if I got what I asked for and wanted however this couldn’t be further from that. A practice that only displays their glowing reviews should be a big enough red flag. Absolutely devastated with this experience and the results. Even if I didn’t get the upgraded teeth, they should not be in this condition after only almost 2 years. Do not be fooled, these people do not care for your well-being or changing your life via your smile - they care about MONEY. It has taken me this long to be able to speak up about my horrible experience and treatment but I hope very much that this deters anybody else coming here and giving them any of their money. I don’t ever do reviews but this is one that I couldn’t bring myself not to FINALLY speak about. I don’t believe it’s fair that you only get to see success stories.

Fantastic experience: So happy with my all on four denture. Staff went out of their way to ensure I was looked after even driving me back to my hotel after the procedure. The procedure itself was quick with no issues, I was back to work within 2 days. I also had treatment on my nasolabial folds whilst under. The clinic is over 2 hours away from my home however my experience has been so positive, should I be looking to get anything more done I will happily travel the distance to know I am dealing with the best. Best money I have ever spent!

Fantastic experience: Looking into dental implants I came across All on 4 in Burwood and decided to blindly book myself a consultation.This in fact was the turning point of my life and has been the best decision I have ever made.I was warmly welcomed by all the staff in the clinic and was informed by Dr Fibishenko about the procedure I would need.A thorough examination took place and very quickly I was accommodated by having the procedure as I was going overseas.I had Zygoma implants and I now look back thinking why didn't I do this years ago!!I feel so much more confident consistantly laughing and smiling.My mouth feels and looks amazing and cannot thank Dr Fibishenko enough .I will be forever grateful to him for the way I look and will look from now on.I would like to commend Dr Fibishenko and all the staff at the clinic for the outstanding work they do and I would highly recommend anyone needing implants to book that consultation at the All on 4 Dental Clinic.
