Fantastic experience: We have visited Your Healthy Smiles on 4 occasions. We love Dr Mahda! She is so kind, gentle and patient- specially with the little kids. My seven year old looks forward to dental check ups. It’s a lovely dental practice, very clean with super friendly staff. Highly recommend visiting them

Fantastic experience: My first time to this Dentist and I was soo impressed beyond words. The lovely dentist whom I've forgotten her name-(apologises to the lovely dentist who extracted my painful toothache), was very professional and so patience with dealing with my tooth ache. She extracted my tooth with great care and now I'm now able to enjoy the holidays with out no pain anymore. I will be recommending this Dentist Centre to my friends and families. Very professional, all the ladies were absolutely 100% friendly and very helpful. 5☆☆☆☆☆

Negative experience: A couple of months ago I finally finished my invisaline treatment. Originally while inquiring, I was told the treatment would only take around 10months. My teeth weren't very bad so so I thought it was possible. when I got the original quote of $7000 by Dr Menon, I was told that if I wasn't happy or it wasn't straight enough, she'd keep adjusting as many times as needed without having to pay anything extra. Basically after over 2 years of making so many extra appointments and adjustments Dr Menon had the hide to ask to an extra $200 for the final stage of aligners and another $360 for extra for the retainers, which I was already meant to have 2 pairs included in the original $7000 quote! Worst part of all this is that my teeth still are not straight. My molars don't line up, and feel uncomfortable to bite down on while biting, lifting or straining! This has been a frustrating experience, waste of money and time. Please do yourself a favour, if you want straight teeth and good service, stay far away from this practice, I believe Dr Menon won't get you the results she promises. Massive let down

Negative experience: Monday, my son went for general check up with dr Menon, she told us my son need 2 tooths extraction. We ask how much will it cost and could it wait for another 2 months? As we want to join an extra health private insurance. She said it will cost $90/tooth and have to be done asap to give space for adults tooth to grow. She then advised me if Ican find the insurance which wave the waiting periods. Receptionist then sent me a quote for the treatment plan in and booked in for next appointment in 2 days (Wednesday). At home I'm browsing for the suitable insurance cover for our family. Smile then suddenly appears on my computer. I saw that health smile dental is also part of smile.com.au dentist. so i called and double check with the Receptionist is this is correct and also told her that we are thinking to join smile.com.au. We like to know how much we are saving before we join smile.com.au. She then provide misleading information. She sent me a quote for 2 baby tooths extraction for $180 and told us if we are smile.com.au membership we will get more savings, so we only will pay $157.10 (after discount from smile.com.au). After receiving these information we joined smile.com.au the next day and the day after we joined smile.com.au we went for the treatment. Dentist (Dr Menon) charged us $90 for 1 baby tooth extraction. When I told her I'm using my smile.com.au membership. She then told me no more discount as she already charged me a cheaper fee. I told her about what Receptionist informed us the other day over the phone. I explained to her but she refused to take responsibility for her employee doings. She said today is the Receptionist day off. I told her this is not right, as a employer she should take responsible for her employee doings/action for at least to keep a customer. I'm not sure how the Receptionist gave us these quotes before. Now I feel like being trap with smile.com.au membership that I have pay membership but received no saving at all. So where is the benefit smile.com.au promised?

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my kids to the same company in Pendle Hill, and have just found their closest branch near me in St Clair. I love that the dentist are female and very caring and thoughtful when taking care of my kids dental health, I recommend them to all parents and their children

They do wonderful dentist work and are excellent with small children. Their prices are also the cheapest in St Clair and Erskine Park! I highly recommend them to everyone!! Fantastic experience: It has been a fantastic and surprising journey. Over a year ago I started my teeth repairs and Invisalign Treatment with Dr Menon ,Colleagues and staff. The finished results are 10/10 ! My teeth are Brilliant and straight and I have no fear in smiling in public and flashing my new white teeth! Fantastic experience: Underwent Invisalign orthodontic treatment with Dr Lekha Menon. She patiently and thoroughly explained the treatment procedure that gave me confidence in the entire process. Frequent checkups to ensure that the teeth were moving was easy to organise and the doctor made sure the teeth were tracking well. A shoutout to the receptionist Vivian who is always welcoming and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I’m now finished with the treatment and very happy with the outcome. The costs also were very reasonable. I would highly recommend Dr Lekha for anyone considering orthodontic treatment or any dental procedure.

Fantastic experience: Dr John Campbell is one of the best dentist I've ever meet. My son got a mouth plate to push one of his front teeth in because it came out behind his baby tooth and never moved forward, so with the plate it has pushed it to where it should be. So we have been coming back every month for about 4 months to get plate adjusted and Dr Campbell is so awesome and so well mannered. Lovely man and I'd recommend Dr Campbell to anyone wanting dental work done.
