Fantastic experience: Honestly can’t recommend this place enough. I got my braces done here and the whole experience was way better than I expected! Dr Jai was so kind and patient, actually took the time to explain everything properly and make sure I understood what was going on. Didn’t rush through anything, just super calm and easy to talk to. They always checked that I was comfortable and okay, and explained what they were doing in normal-people language (not all the confusing dentist talk ). Even when I had random questions Dr Jai happy explained everything 100 times over until I understood. He was so reassuring. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. The whole team was sweet and supportive too!! everyone was friendly, welcoming and just had good energy. Every visit felt relaxed, not awkward or stressful at all. Braces can be a pain sometimes, but they honestly made the whole process heaps easier and way less scary. If you’re thinking about getting braces or just want a dentist who actually listens, explains things properly and treats you with respect, this is the place to go!! Can’t thank them enough for making such a big difference!

The dentist was incredibly gentle with all three kids, making them feel calm and comfortable the whole time. Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing dental clinic! They managed to fit me in same day for a chipped tooth that ended up being a tooth removal and were so professional and friendly from start to finish. I have really bad dental anxiety, but even with a removal I felt completely at ease in their care. The dentist and nurse were wonderful and they explained every step, answered all my questions, gave me breaks whenever I needed, and kept checking that I was comfortable. I’ve never felt so calm at the dentist before or more supported by medical staff. I’ve already booked in for more appointments because of how understanding and caring they were. Years of avoiding dentists and now I can finally get on top of my teeth without sleepless nights of panic attacks in the waiting room. Highly recommend especially if you have dental anxiety.

Fantastic experience: Since our children are not eligible for any medicare dental subsidies, as a working family, we have found a dentist that really understands the importance of childrens dental care and caps the cost so now we can afford regular visits for our kids. They are very good with children and preventative care and so friendly. Love watching their innovatove video clips in the waiting room too, funny but informative! Great communication and transparency with costing.

Fantastic experience: Sonam and Jai did an emergency Sunday appointment for me. I rang around so many practices and they were they only ones that A. answered and B. committed to help me as soon as they could. I was in extreme pain with what ended up being a cracked tooth. I am a seasoned dentist visitor, having had lots of problems with my teeth over the years resulting in treatment from many different dentists and oral surgeons. Can I just say Jai and Sonam were they BEST. They were caring and thorough and is was the most painless numbing injections I have ever had. They also explain the options and processes clearly, in a way that is easy to understand and consider. I am so grateful, and I could not give them a higher recommendation.
