Fantastic experience: New to Altona and today was my first dental visit at Altona Complete Dental. I had such a great experience from making a booking on the phone to leaving the clinic after my appointment. Belinda at reception was so friendly and welcoming and Tori the dental assistant was great - kind and reassuring throughout my visit. Dr Phuong Dang was amazing, she took the time to explain everything clearly, very patient, gentle and made me feel completely comfortable. I've always been so nervous going to the dentist but she really made me feel at ease today. The whole team was wonderful, it seems that they have a great working environment and they really care for their patients. The clinic was clean and modern. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here since 2016. Nothing but professionalism. I feel very safe and in good hands having my teeth looked after by Raf I had my upper wisdom tooth removed yesterday. I was very nervous and apprehensive but Raf and nurse/assistant put me completely at ease. The procedure took all of 10 mins including allowing numbing injections to take effect. No pain. I even received a follow-up phone call next day asking how i was and any questions I had. Don't read all horror stories on internet...like I did!!!! Thanks Raf and team for a comfortable experience.

Fantastic experience: Extremely caring and compassionate team at Altona Complete Dental! Dr. Cecilia and the team are fantastic, they know going to the dentist can be scary but always explain procedures and make sure you are comfortable. Have been a patient for roughly 10 years. Fantastic experience: Hands down best dentist I have ever been to. I can not recommend Dr. Cecilia enough.. so so happy I’ve finally found a regular dentist I can trust and feel comfortable with. She is super gentle and explains things thoroughly. The rest of the team are amazing also, Cecilia’s dental assistant Lily always makes me feel super relaxed and calm while getting any treatment done. Negative experience: Walked in with straight even front teeth and needed a filling. After 3 attempts she's left me with a huge gap between my front teeth because she filed the wrong tooth and filed one so they are now uneven. And the filling chipped and stained within weeks. There are better ways to throw away money I complained and am still waiting for a response from the owner 2years on.

Fantastic experience: These guys are amazing. From the receptionist, to the dental nurses and the dentists. I HATE going to the dentist, and I can't emphasize this enough. I used to be so traumatised I would need the next day to recover. I walk out now after a dental appointment feeling good, not stressed, not sore or swollen. I have seen a lot of different dentists so I am able to gauge on many past experiences.
