Fantastic experience: I had a great experience today with Dr Jana and assistant Nadia. Dr Jana was very lovely, friendly and she took the time to show me the details in the radiographs and explained my dental health very clearly to me. Dr checked my thyroid, lymph nodes and gums for any oral cancers, it was the most thorough dental exam I feel that I have ever had. Highly recommend Mary River dental and was especially grateful that Dr jana gave me multiple times to swallow during my cleaning. Thank you for your wonderful service!

Fantastic experience: First time there for me and it was a early morning email hoping to get looked at as I was in pain . Got a call at 8am for a 12pm time Johno was the dentist i saw what a legend he is perfect at what he does As for the front desk and dental nurse LEGENDS too best dentist and practice I've ever been too Can't wait to visit again

Fantastic experience: Upon contacting to make an appointment as I have a broken tooth and been to this clinic some time ago. I am now located at Maryborough and contacted Mary River Dental for an appointment. My husband Steve has also attended this clinic some time ago. The receptionist ask my name and I also advised her that she could probably find me in the archives. She did locate me there and I was then told that there was no appointment for me and to look elsewhere for an appointment and come back at a later date. She was abrupt and her attitude certainly should not be at the front desk. I understand that there may not be an appointment I could have been advised of this in a civil manner. I found another clinic in Maryborough who was only to happy to help me out. I would like to apologise for the above review. At the time I was in pain and frustrated with other problems at home. Therefore I wish to retract the above statement. We have attended this dentist prior and had excellent service. The receptionist did explain the problem at the time but I didn’t listen to the problems but the state I was in I didn’t listen. Once again I do apologise and would highly recommend Mary River Dental Maryborough.

Negative experience: It has taking me some time to say this but ..Months ago I had a terrible conversation with the receptionist at Mary River Dental.. usually I’m aware and early for my appointments.. but one day when I had a appointment it slipped my mind.. it was the day my granddaughter was admitted to ED (hospital) with self harm … and I was trying to support her mother.. upset I answered the call from the surgery and after explaining my tearful excuse with the apology and regret..all she could say was your going to be 10mins late and put us behind with other appointments..( so I will cancel your appointment)…I found Dr peters wonderful…but very hurt with the way the receptionist talked down to me.. she showed lack of understanding and compassion …customer service and empathy is so important to any business …I haven’t been back since..

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Mary river for about a year and half now and always had good experiences with check up's and cleans. I just had a crown come off, the staff at the front counter are so accommodating and helpful, as I was a little panicked with this and they got me in the following day and also called me up first thing in the morning to see if I wanted an earlier appointment. Dr Fiona is just beautiful and very gentle. Coming from the Dental world, I found the service here the best in the Wide Bay Area. Thank you to everyone that helped me today ❤️

Fantastic experience: Travelling through maryborough qld for a week and needed help with a broken tooth. Found Mary River Dental on Google and they were fantastic. The receptionist got me an appointment next day. Dr Fiona and her assistant ( sorry forgot her name) were reassuring and very professio al. Highly recommend this Dental surgery.

Fantastic experience: 100% recommend this dental surgery and will be making this my family’s go to dental surgery now. I needed my tooth looked out ASAP and they went out of their way to get me in with my busy schedule, Dr Emily made me so comfortable and did an excellent job, with absolutely no pain after my treatment. Negative experience: Owner pushes products. I left because of it and 6yrs after not even living in the State, I received a dodgy spam message from them to get Invisalign. They also set up an auto-rebook system I specifically told them not to put me on. The lady at the front desk said they are told to set all new clients up and ignored my request.

Fantastic experience: I had a problem with a toothache I called first up Monday and was given an emergency appointment that afternoon I couldn't speak highly enough of my treatment, from the reception girls to the dental assistant just great. I saw Doctor Nick he was spot on went through the problem I had then we agreed on treatment and he fixed it. Nick even rang me the next day to make sure everything was going well. I have booked another appointment for a full check up, and I think my wife after my experience will be booking for a check up as well. Going to the Dentist isn't something I am thrilled to do on a daily basis but I would recommend Mary River Dental to anyone. Quick emergency appointment great staff great treatment.

Fantastic experience: This business is providing Covid-19 safe practice and excellent service. Dr Peters is by far the most compassionate dental technician I have ever visited. He explains the entire process to clarify any angst you may have and being a Bupa provider the prices for procedures are surprisingly low. Highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I moved to a new town not knowing a single person, Mary River Dental was recommended to me. I can not explain in enough words about the best experiece I have had there. Firstly greeted by the very friendly welcoming Reception Staff, they are extremely helpful and caring and do their best to accommodate for appointments. The whole surgery is spotlessly clean. Then I got to meet my Dentist, what a wonderful, caring and brilliant dentist Nick is - I was so overwhelmed by the results of my teeth I cried and could not thank him enough. I truly believed my teeth were beyond repair and I learned this is not so at this Dentist. Then we have his lovely, kind Dental Assistant who did all she could to sooth me as I hate needles. One visit I was cold so they got me a blanket, I feel the cold easily, nothing to do with their surgery. I highly recommend Mary River Dental to anyone and I already have done this in person and now in my review.

Negative experience: If you want to mortgage your house for dental work, this clinic is the place to go. Their prices are ridiculous, and their service is poor. I had an extraction here several years ago, and it cost something like $350. Lord knows what they are charging now. And I wasn't impressed with how it all went. They wanted to sign me up with a "dental hygienist" as well. Another little money spinner. If you're wealth and not fussy, this might be the place for you.
