Fantastic experience: I hated dentists and had avoided them for over 10 years till a tooth split I’m half and Just Smiles just happened to be open on a sat day. I was petrified but Nicole was calm and reassuring even when my husband who came in to support me fainted lol and they calmly attended to him too. I’ve been going back 6 monthly ever since. 5 years ago she gave me a se of lovely veneers giving me a natural smile. Last year die to my teeth grinding Nicole gave me a perfect set of crowns at a reasonable price. Nicole and her team always make my husband and I feel comfortable and well looked after. I went through a jounrney of trying to fix my crossed over teeth by thinking and trying all sorts and to be honest I just went in and said I don’t want them to thick I didn’t even ask for anything else but she made them the exact same shape as my natural teeth but just inline! I looked at so many dentist and she is 10/10 you just trust her!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding dental experience - exceptional professional team of Dr Nicole Saba, assistant Yashar and receptionist Scarlett. I am a new client and I have been twice so far - one for teeth cleaning and check up, the other for a crown. I have extremely sensitive gums and teeth, and both procedures were completely painless (for the first time in my life of 70 years). I normally find the Novocaine shots very painful and I did not even feel the injection! Nicole, you must be incredibly gifted; I have never experienced such proficient and gentle dentistry before. My deepest thanks.

I had stopped smiling as I did not wish to show my discoloured and worn teeth. I now enjoy smiling. My husbands teeth were in the same state as mine. Nicole is caring, gentle, professional and extremely skilled. Her practice is spotless and without her generosity we could not have had the dental work that Nicole has given us. Nicole has spent a lot of time correcting our teeth. Her staff are delightful, professional and caring. We are greeted as friends, our appointments are always prompt. Fantastic experience: I originally was signed up to another great dentist but had to find a "Smile" dentist instead because of my Smile membership. This turned out to be the best decision I could have ever made. Scarlets customer service is above and beyond. It would be a 5 ⭐ on that alone! Just Smiles Dentistry are customer focused, articulate, full of knowledge and managed to save me soooo much money and unneeded dental work compared to my original treatment plan that I ended up buying them a bottle of wine to say thanks .

Negative experience: Yelling tech advice to your IT guy whilst you're drilling in someone's mouth for a replacement filling that was done incorrectly the first time just seems like bad practice to me. Not to mention my filling has now been done wrong twice. I will finding another dentist. Thanks for nothing.
