Fantastic experience: A couple of weeks ago I came to Richmond Dental Surgery with a chipped front tooth. I’d chipped off nearly 1/3 of the tooth and had my phone stolen on a terrible night out in a foreign city, and I had to get on a flight back to Brisbane the next day. They squeezed me in (and stayed late I think!) even though they were fully booked. They were so kind, professional, and understanding of my situation. They ran me through my options and we decided to put a cap on the damaged tooth. One of them even held my hand while I had the local anaesthetic delivered after I told them I was afraid of needles. Before leaving this review based purely on their exceptional customer service, I decided to wait and see if the quality of the capped tooth was sound; I saw my regular dentist today (who I’ve been seeing literally my entire life) and he said it was beautiful work! That weekend in a different city was so horrible, that day felt like I was at rock bottom. Navigating to the airport and getting a flight home without a phone the next day was a nightmare, but at least I had a tooth. I cried on the way back to the airbnb that night for the amazing work they’d done and for how they’d taken such good care of me. ❤️

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for a couple of years and absolutely love it. I am always greeted by name and the dentist and her team are very nice; every time I had to get something more significant than a clean done they showed me the problem and explained what was going on, which I found very helpful. They also don’t lecture you about your wrong/lacking mouth cleaning habits (unlike some other dentist), but make friendly suggestions on what is good practice and what they’d recommend. Overall a great dentist, I do not dread visiting them at all and would definitely recommend to a friend!

Fantastic experience: I came here for a dental filling and couldn't be happier. Dr Selina and assistant Rachel looked after me and both provided exceptional help and care. They really went through great length to get the job done as my case was a bit tricky. The treatment lasted a little longer than usual but I am very satisfied with the result. On another note, all of the staffs here are friendly, professional and reassuring. Loves it, will definitely come back here again.

Fantastic experience: We went to see the dentist today to do our 6 monthly check up. The dentist there is very polite and gentle. My six year old I had the best experience. Highly recommended as they are reasonably priced and extremely professional. My 6 year old son loves going there. Thanks for your amazing service!!

Negative experience: It depends on the doctor. visit this place twice. doctor (i'm not actually sure if she is a proper doctor!) left a massive gap between of two my teeth every time i was chewing something food was hitting my gum! went back there another doctor fixed it for me. she was better then previous one. if love your teeth please go somewhere else! i'm still suffering:( was thinking to complain to onbondsman!

Fantastic experience: My veneer had come off and in an emergency the helpful receptionist fitted me in and at an amazingly affordable price the friendly and informative dentist fixed me up as good as new with maximum comfort. I wanted to pay more money they did such a good job.

Fantastic experience: I came here for the first time to get a wisdom tooth removed and I was dreading it. However, the dentist was friendly, professional and the tooth was out with minimal pain before I even realized. Great aftercare advice too. Would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: WARNING - Do not go to this surgery. I had no pain in my teeth, other than a shallow cavity that was not causing me issues. It was recommended to get a filling to minimise possible decay. These morons fractured my tooth in the process and spent the next 6~8 weeks attempting to repair the damage. In the end, my tooth is now permanently damaged and I cannot chew anything on that tooth, and they are now recommending an expensive root canal for the damage they did. They are unprofessionally and inexperienced. Be very careful!!! Do not go to these clowns!
