Fantastic experience: Massive thank you to Ryan and his team. After a really bad experience, I get super anxious at the dentist now. Had to have a tooth out, and Ryan spent an exceptional amount of time explaining and assuring me before diving in. Molar was extracted in one piece, in around 3 or 4 minutes. The girls got me an emergency appointment too. Thank you very much.

Fantastic experience: Before I saw Dr Shanli my last memory of a dental surgery was a hidden away upstairs place that was dark and cleanish……No pain numbing given prior to drilling my tooth (only hit nerve a few times). Never again. Fast forward many (too many) years later. I went to Dubbo Dentistry and saw Dr Shanli for a clean and check. Her practice is immaculate. All the staff are friendly and professional. During the clean I nearly fell asleep. My less than clean teeth are now significantly brighter. I can highly recommend Dubbo Dentistry and Dr Shanli.

Dr Shanli talked me through the process and was happy to answer all my step-by-step questions about the procedure. It's great that the doctor agreed to help me in the situation on a super short notice. It took a while but the end result was great. Thank you. Especially surprising was a fairly modest price. Fantastic experience: Dr Shan is a wonderful Dentist and a thorough professional. I’m fortunate not to have any major dental problems but, Dr Shan took her time and demonstrated to me the exact way to clean my teeth & use floss to prevent gum erosion in the future. Dr Shan truly cares about her patients and takes her time to put you at ease while focusing on your dental needs. She has definitely instilled the prevention is better than cure philosophy to me.
