Fantastic experience: Gloria was excellent. She explained my options and once i had made my decision she scheduled the work quickly. When I arrived she worked quickly and explained the steps along the way. Very happy with her work.

Negative experience: I'll generously give a second star, because until recently things were ok. That stopped when I broke a tooth a couple of weeks back. I rang them. Me: I've broken a molar, and the sharp remaining edge is cutting into the back of my tongue. SLDC: We could give you an appointment in 3 days. Me: I'm in pain, and my tongue is being lacerated. SLDC: We can give you an appointment in 3 days. Me: But I'm flying out of Australia tomorrow morning, and I can't wait 3 days. I need an urgent appointment. SDLDC: We can give you an appointment in 3 days. Me: I need to see someone today. Can't you give me an urgent appointment? SLDC: We don't have urgent appointments. So, I found another local dentist who, despite not knowing me, gave me a late appointment, at the end of his day. It took him all of 20 minutes to patch up the damaged tooth, removing the sharp areas and relieving my pain. I've now returned to Australia, and I'll be going back to have the work properly done. I've contributed thousands of dollars to SLDC over the years. No more.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lawrence has been treating my mum, and she is thrilled with her lower jaw implants! He took the time to explain everything and made sure she was always comfortable. The whole team is very warm and kind, they looked after my mum with the utmost care (she was very nervous). She loves the results and we felt comfortable knowing she was in good hands.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist in Sydney! So reliable and trusting, I had invaslign with the Sydney laser dental team! And my teeth are perfect! Wouldn’t recommend anyone else! All staff at the clinic are very welcoming and accomodate for your needs! If anyone is looking for a dentist for any kind of treatment weather it be for veneers, braces, general clean etc Sydney laser dental is the place to go! They have a few practices around Sydney for those who are unable to go to Pyrmont aswell.

Fantastic experience: Both Gloria and Lawrence have been our dentist for over a decade, if I think about it for me, may be 16 years! Whilst we have moved, and are unable to make it to their location for the small stuff, we always see them for the important, big stuff. We have gone through health fund agents for the 'free cleans', had work done that didn't even last 2 weeks. Lawrence workmanship on my partners 'temporary fix' teeth repair lasted 2 years, as a comparison! With the major work as pictured below, speaks for itself, an outstanding result! Gloria has a sensitive touch, if you are afraid of the dentist you will hardly know she is there working all her magic, super loverly, patient. I have had teeth whitening with Laser Dental and they even put on a movie so I could get through the wee bit of pain, that comes with the pleasure, my teeth came up amazing! Gloria has aways provided me in the past with pathways that best suit my gums needs and aesthetics I have wanted. Always happy to work in with what suits you, your budget and your journey. They personally call to check in you are happy, they focus on the end result with quick turnarounds and positive outcomes. They are collectively a loverly team, inclusive is Stephie in the Pymont office, extremely efficient, individually they actually care about you, and your result.
