Fantastic experience: I was a patient there a few times with Doctor Rafaela and Doctor Kat and they were caring and professionals, on top of that the cost was less than I imagined for the treatment that was done. Staff was also really helpful so I definitely will indicate them for family and friends

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Rebecca Lam and both she and her dental assistant (whose name unfortunately I didn’t get sorry!) were absolutely wonderful. Dr Lam explained everything clearly which was really helpful as I am a nervous dentist goer and the environment in the clinic was lovely and calm☺️ The lovely lady on reception was also very helpful explaining the claiming process to me which I really appreciated! Would absolutely recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR RAPHAELA. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(* a million) Dr Raph has always demonstrated phenomenally expertise — and extreme gentleness and care — for the 10 years I’ve been attending Scarborough Beach Dental Clinic. Prices are competitive and the care, advice, and treatments I’ve received have been truly excellent. My mother and I have both not exactly been blessed with good teeth and gums and we have both sought Dr Raph’s help with some challenging dental issues over the years (which other dentists have failed to diagnose and sometimes very painfully failed to treat). Dr Raph has fixed every single issue Mum and I have sought her help with. Her support team are likewise wonderful. A really lovely place. Also highly recommend Dr Raph for children who may be scared. She’s an absolute sweetheart. I don’t normally wax lyrical about dentists, having had a few bad experiences at other clinics over my 40 years, but this is genuine ‘rave review’.

Fantastic experience: Such a lovely clinic. Friendly staff. I see Dr Crystal Lau. She has a beautiful upbeat personality and I very much appreciate her efforts in always trying her best to positively engage with patients. This clinic doesn't overcharge you either which is why I've stayed with them for decades long after I moved away from the area. If you're scared of dentists you won't feel scared here.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly hard working, dedicated and efficient! They put in a lot of effort in all of their check ups, procedures and cleaning. Their entire process is fast, efficient and painless not to mention they are always checking up on you to make sure you're not feeling any pain throughout everything. Great people, great clinic and great work.

Fantastic experience: Big shout out to Dr Tan and staff. Arrived with my 1, 3 and 5 year old children. All kids were tended to one at a time, then I had a my checkup and clean, which was done expertly without any pain to my gums despite my 1yo on my lap jumping around at the time. Bravo. Fantastic experience: Dr. Lam is an absolute god sent! After being really apprehensive about going to the dentist and putting it off for years. I now feel comfortable and somewhat excited to have check ups and work done if needed. She listened to my fears and worked with me to ensure I felt safe and was in no pain. Would recommend 100%

Fantastic experience: After years of avoiding the dentist I eventually had to make an appointment due to severe pain. I was seen by Dr Sam. He is a revelation. I had extensive treatment, pain free, with an excellent result. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Inexperienced, unprofessional, overpriced and dishonest, They will always tell you that something is wrong to make you come back and take money out of you. There are many better places then this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Raphaela for the first time during late 2016, and took my then 3.5 year old son with me for his first dentist experience. She was amazing how she conducted my dental exam and scale and clean, all the time with my son lying on my chest watching in curiosity. She took her time to explain to him what she was doing to Mummy, she showed him all the tools she was using. Her manner is so friendly and calm, he was excited when it was his turn! The only negative was that he was sad when she said she didn't need to see him for a full year! I returned separately for a filling which all went well. Raphaela made the services very affordable for me and a pleasure to attend. My husband has since attended and saw a different dentist there. He had a satisfactory experience and this clinic will remain our family dentist for hopefully a long time.

Fantastic experience: Verry verry verry nice people and verry verry verry pro and competent dentist !! I had Dr Crystal Lau, and she is verry understanding person and comprehensive AND explains all verry well ! I'm french and I went urgently for caries, I called on the morning (at 9:00 am) and I had an appointment for the same day at 2:00 pm ! They are verry helpful. She did an X-Ray for free. I'm verry Happy and I will call her back again If I need !! I recommand it !!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Scarborough Beach Dental Clinic. The staff are very friendly and efficient, even the customers are friendly and the prices charged are very reasonable. I saw Dr Anish Shah and he is a very good dentist. The equipment was modern and new and he made me feel very comfortable. It's hard to talk to him about his love of wildlife with a mouth full of gadgets, but I guess I wasn't there to talk.

Negative experience: If I could give half a star I would. Main 2 dentists went away and some cocky Indian hops into their place with the worst business manners you could ever imagine. Threats down the phone to bankrupt me because my bill was overdue by 7 days, 7 days!!!!!! Then says I am no longer his dentist, which is fine by me, I prefer to go see someone who doesn't threaten their customers. I will be advising as many people as I can to avoid you. All the best. Apologies to Raph and Mike but seriously what were you thinking in hiring this guy?
