Fantastic experience: I went to get a deep cleaning done today by Dr Rebecca and her dentist assistant and they were just amazing, I hate going to the dentist but they made me feel calm and they were reassuring! I avoided the dentist for so long but definitely will be coming back! Such lovely ladies! Please let them know this!

I was very impressed with the service I got and my Dentist Rebecca sorry if I got your name wrong was so understanding regarding my concerns and she was accommodating and gentle thank you so much for the great service you provided.

I cannot recommend Dr Paul highly enough - he is brilliant. Very knowledgeable, and professional and he and his team were very gentle and friendly.

The receptionist greets you with a warm welcome and interacts so well with us, the patients, nothing is too much trouble.

Fantastic experience: Recently had a scale and clean and scans for clear aligners done. The clinicians who saw me were so efficient and thorough, and I’m excited to begin my teeth straightening journey with them! The reception staff and assistants were also super lovely.

Fantastic experience: I had great experience at Alkimos Beach Dental. Dr Kim was knowledgeable. She explained the procedure clearly and was meticulous with her work. I was confident in her dental treatment and felt comfortable during the treatment (esp since I usually have anxiety going to the dentists).

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a significant amount of work done here. A month long treatment plan. Work was pretty much done by all members of the crew over the course of the treatment. Fantastic work, really friendly, patient, good sense of humour and fairly priced. No complaints at all.

Fantastic experience: I have been using alkimos beach dental for quite some time now and have always been met with the best customer service from the doctors, the nurses and the reception staff. They always listen to any concerns, do their best to accomodate to them and make you feel comfortable and supported along the way. I can’t recommend this practice enough, I always leave with a smile on my face (an even nicer smile thanks to the amazing care provided)

Hense ALKIMOS BEACH DENTAL ~~~~~ Jan 2024 went for the normal Check Up/Scale Clean and met Dr. Paul Boulos and his AMAZING TEAM. This has to be OUR best Experience EVER Great Communication from the First Phone Call Knowledge about Health Rebates Totally up with all Rebates from our Health Fund Welcoming and Clean Facilities The Surgery is the most Modern we have ever seen First time for No Needles to Numb to clean for me. Just wonderful Dental Nurse accompanying Dr. Paul. This Practice is SPECIAL and we are happy to have had the experience of 6 other practices to compare. Fantastic experience: Best dental experience. The cleans are so pleasant and efficient. I’m used to cleans being painful, but Dr Paul does an amazing job and it was pain free! I definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I have ever seen, I have had a few root canal treatments in the past but with Dr Paul I could not believe he done it and I didn't feel pain, it was nothing like the other treatments I had else where. Since then I have had Invisalign and now have had cerec veneers done on my top teeth , he carefully crafted each tooth and made it look so real like, I am very happy with his work , I highly recommend Dr Paul.

Fantastic experience: A very big thank you to Dr Paul Boulos and all the staff. Dr Paul is a perfectionist I’m beyond happy with the veneers he has done for me, I can’t stop smiling. He also did a complicated extraction for me and 4 days later I have absolutely no pain and healing really well. All the staff are so kind and go the extra mile to help you. I would highly recommend Dr Paul Boulos.

Negative experience: Just got home from having a tooth pulled, they got the job done but the male dentist was far from gental, I left feeling very uncomfortable

Fantastic experience: I had dental work done at Jurion Bay and he couldn't complete it as it was complex...called Karen and the team at Alkimos and Dr Paul fixed things with no problem, also they charge less than many others and you still get a great job done...fully recommend

Negative experience: I had called to enquire about an appointment and the lady who answered was very serious and made me feel uncomfortable and silly for asking questions relating to what I was interested in. I still booked in thinking the dentist experience would be better, when I had my appointment I was greeted poorly by the receptionist no smiling or anything, I then went to have my consultation and the dentist spoke rudely and made me not feel welcome. I felt very judged and spoken down too. He also shoved my arms out of the way twice instead of asking nicely when I wasn’t holding the mirror in the exact spot even tho he never clarified where that was. Even after this I said Thankyou, bye when I left the room and I got ignored. I haven’t felt this uncomfortable before in a practice. I left feeling emotional as I feel I did not deserve to be treated that way.

Fantastic experience: Had an accident early November and needed immediate help, unfortunately also had to travel east for a wedding. The team tried to fit me in but I was unable to attend due to damage being too raw at the time. Karen went above and beyond to squeeze me in when I returned as did Dr. Paul, Alicia? and the team. Have never really been to a dentist so was a little anxious with the work required and short time frame however I can not be happier and will be back for further improvements. Can not rate this team highly enough, you can tell from the vibe these guys enjoy what they do which is rare these days & the treatment received was next level. Thank you & look forward to my next visit!

Fantastic experience: I have recently seen Dr Paul Boulos for a root canal treatment and fixing up a broken tooth, both of which he completed at a very reasonable cost and with minimum fuss. I love his passion for what he does and am in fact quite impressed by it. Thank you to the Reception staff and Dr Boulos's assistants for wonderful service.

Fantastic experience: I had some work done on my 4 front teeth by Paul (and his assistant) and he did such an amazing job! He takes his time with the finer details, very good at what he does. I’ve also been seeing Jeanette for cleans for awhile now and she is amazing and very kind. Thank you for looking after me!

Negative experience: Had gone in for teeth clean, which was done professionally and quite happy with … however before going I had called and checked the price for a clean and it was said it is $100 for the clean and $38 for a fluoride treatment and I made the booking Accordingly, however a comprehensive oral examination and X-ray was done alongside ( which I basically never asked for )and that costed me additional $154 which came to a total of $292, it will be best advisable to give an approximate idea of how much it’s gonna cost , as I went with the expectation that it is going to cost $138 and when leaving I had to pay $292 which was literally more than double and for a forced service..

Fantastic experience: The Dentist Dr Paul Boulos has many years of experience and is highly knowledgeable in his profession. He is precise and the best I’ve ever had. Don O’Sullivan the Dental Prosthetist has gone above and beyond and is a perfectionist. Karen the Medical Reception is also amazing and actually goes out of her way to ensure her clients receive the best service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I have to say I was dreading my first appointment at the Dentist. Mostly because of neglect on my behalf, I was too embarrassed to go (Not unlike many where teeth seem to come last on the list). :S I can honestly say the team at Alkimos Dental made me feel comfortable and at ease from the moment I arrived. Dr Paul Boulos is amazing! He discussed the plan and costs involved on my initial visit then the next visit i got to experience all that highly skilled modern dentistry offers. She helped ease me with relevant information regards my wisdom tooth extraction which can be quite overwhelming. She is super effective, efficient and empathetic. She made me feel that I was going to be in safe hands!

Fantastic experience: I hate going to the dentist more than most. Had a few bad experiences and passed out on my previous visit to another dentist. I've almost got a phobia but these guys were great. Bernadette was very attentive, reassuring and explained everything. Paul, the Dentist, was fast and efficient. So glad I've now found a good Dentist I can trust. I'll be back!!!!...... but hopefully not.
