Fantastic experience: I’ve had a couple of appts at Polar Dental and have been very happy with the professional and friendly service every time. My most recent appt was for tooth whitening and I felt comfortable throughout the treatment and am really happy with the great results. My son recently damaged his front teeth on a Saturday evening and Anna was so helpful in opening the practice after hours for us to make sure that he was taken care of. Amazing service!

Fantastic experience: As always great dental treatment with Dr Anna. The joys of eating Christmas chocolate and found I had a broken tooth. I know how busy this surgery is but they found me an appointment very quickly and then managed to bring it a day earlier. Dr Anna is always great at explaining everything so you always are happy with the result.Her team all seem to work together brilliantly. A great dentist .

Fantastic experience: Gorgeous staff, great with kids

Negative experience: COMPLETE LACK OF RESPECT! I made a reservation on their website for 50 minutes to do a preventive checkup and hygiene and they did not receive me, they said they only reserved 10 minutes for my procedure because my daughter's name was on my registration and they then changed my time to a children's time and did not even inform me. I went there, wasted my time and the woman even asked me to wait for my husband so we could talk because I do not speak English very well. I have 2 small daughters, one 3 years old and the other 10 months old, and as mentioned I am not a native English speaker, so I have to reserve my husband's schedule to accompany me to procedures where the vocabulary of the dialogue is outside the common, such as medical terms. In other words, my daughters missed classes to be here with me, my husband set aside his schedule at work to be here with me, in addition to lunch boxes, scheduled naps, among many other things that I planned for to make it work, and I was simply treated this way and did not receive my care. They played with my life, with my scarce and valuable time and dealt with it as if it were no big deal. Completely disappointed, frustrated and angry at their inability to do anything about it. I will not return, because anyone who does not respect my life, my husband's life, my daughters' lives has no dignity!

Fantastic experience: It is always a great experience here at Polar Dental. All the staff are lovely and professional. Dr Anna is wonderful; she doesn’t overservice, so you can trust her recommendation. Bronwyn has great attention to detail. They both are very gentle with their handling. They also have a little trolley of toys for kids and sometimes have promotions and samples. It makes going to the dentist a happier place.

Fantastic experience: I have just had the most thorough teeth clean at Polar Dental. The hygienist is gentle and does such a great job. Dr Anna is very friendly and my girls are always happy to get their teeth checked at Polar Dental. She is great with kids - initially my youngest was not keen on even getting in the chair. Anna is very patient and would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Was referred to Polar Dental from a friend when I was on the hunt for a dentist closer to home. I had been a patient of my previous dentist for over 20 years so was reluctant to change. Am so pleased with Anna's services, after just one visit, I requested all my dental records be transferred over, as well as the rest of my family. I have also recommended her to several friends. A clean, spacious dental clinic with friendly staff, it's easy to book an appointment and there is adequate parking on the premises. Anna is such a gentle and reassuring dentist. My three children who are quite young (the youngest being 4), have no issues sitting in the chair and letting Anna do her job. If you are in search of a dentist who knows what they're doing, and are kind and compassionate, Anna is the dentist you've been looking for.

She is highly skilled, professional and friendly, putting us all at ease. Dr Stevens is knowledgeable and clearly very experienced at dentistry. Parking is easy and on site. The practice is modern and well kitted and my children loved being able to lay back and watch the tv on the ceiling. Dr Stevens took the time to explain things clearly to all of us, and skilfully modified her communication based on the ages of my 3 kids. My first visit was for an urgent repair of a broken tooth and then next for a filling and routine clean etc. She fully explained everything and easily answered questions I had about ongoing periodontic concerns. Fantastic experience: Dr Anna was very friendly, efficient and professional. The new rooms are beautifully fitted out and very family friendly. Both children had a general check-up which they relaxed instantly as they lay back to watch the children TV shows on the TV above. Fantastic experience: I was really impressed with my visit today to Dr Anna Stevens new dental clinic. As always her care was fantastic with everything being explained to me before she began. I was very comfortable throughout the very long procedure, the new technology provided a very effective solution to my issue, I enjoyed watching the news on the overhead TV, the rooms were bright and appealing, and I had a great outcome from the procedure. The invoice was very reasonable and the gap payment I made was modest. In addition the clinic was easy to access and there was plenty of parking on site.
