Having been referred to Dr Sid, I was impressed by how thoroughly he assessed my particular case, how well-briefed he was, how carefully he worked with my oral surgeon, and how precisely he explained each step of the process to replacing the missing teeth. He and his colleagues are courteous professionals who focus on what is best for the patient in front of them. He was receptive to my unwillingness to do damage to other, otherwise healthy teeth, and talked me through various possible solutions in reassuring detail. Fantastic experience: I consider myself very fortunate to have been referred to Dr Prashant Patel who is a consummate professional, exceptionally skilled and personable. I required a complex total mouth reconstruction due to extreme bone loss in both jaws. Dr Patel has always been a great communicator who offered several treatment options and patiently answered my many questions. As well as having a terrific sense of humour, he has always been very kind and understanding of my deep anxiety related to my dental issues and this has been greatly appreciated. Fantastic experience: Dr Sid placed a temporary tooth on my lower front jaw. It was causing mouth ulcers. Dr Sid made 3 adjustments and then finally a bridge was put in its place. Dr Sid was very professional and the treatment was completed to my satisfaction. The staff are very friendly and obliging. I highly recommend Sydney Dental Specialists for dental reconstruction.

He is not only highly professional and amazingly skillful but makes every consultation quite comfortable and funny too. I exceedingly recommend him; he is the best prosthodontist I've seen so far. He introduced me to Ellen, the dental hygienist. OMG. She is the best hygienist I've seen in my whole life. You guys, I have seen a dental hygienist probably once in 3-6 months since I was 20 (I am now more than double that age). She is the best. Her work is pain-free. You will walk out feeling that you are given brand new teeth. Her work is by far the most thorough you will ever have. She has always exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic experience: When Dr Tinney moved on from a previous clinic I use to visit, I followed him. Dr Tinney is gentle, caring, calming, professional, pragmatic and honest. He takes a lot of pride in his work and never delivers anything but the best quality. I feel he wouldn’t accept anything less from himself. The staff at Sydney General Dental are always professional and always make me feel at home. I wouldn’t recommend any other clinic or dentist.

Negative experience: The worst clinic Ive been in my whole life. Aidan doesn't have any idea about anything he is doing. He is keeping all the money I have paid, my deposit, and I got the wrong treatment. He didn't reply my last emails, he took long time to send my scans to my new doctor. During the treatment I had there, the two girls who are working in reception open the door, they were in the room for a while. Lack of privacy. Please!!! Check about him if you need a treatment!! He is new in this industry...He doesn't have any experience about teeth!!!

Negative experience: Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Initial consultation was delayed because Dr Patel was late. Afterwards I had to constantly follow them up to get updates for months and they didn't return phone calls. When finally got a phone consultation scheduled Dr Patel didn't even call!!!

Fantastic experience: I can only highly recommend Dr Tinney and his team at Sydney General Dental to everyone. I first met him in Barangaroo dental clinic where he removed one of my impacted wisdom tooth. He was very quick and the procedure was painless even after. A few months later I had to go back with another complicated wisdom tooth but he changed clinics and moved to Bondi Junction. It wasn't a question to follow him to his new clinic. He is very thorough, precise and caring. He took the time to explain every procedure he was doing, taking pictures before, during and after the procedures for future reference. I am usually very sceptical person, but he definitely won my trust.

Fantastic experience: Finding the right dentist is like trying to find the right GP, nearly impossible, but not this time. I've been following Dr. Aidan Tinney for at least a year, and he is the best dentist I ever had. Extremely professional and very passionate with his work. He would always make you feel comfortable, whith is kindness and care, which is quite a challenge while at the dentist. I would highly recommend it to everyone. The practice in Bondi Junction is easy to find.

Fantastic experience: I was one of those "hate the dentist" kinda guy. However, after meeting Dr. Tinney at Sydney Dentel Studio clinic I flat much calm and relaxed. Dr. Tinney was very professional, informative and patience. Overall a really nice guy. Highly recommend top dentist. They say "no pain - no gain" but in this case it would be better to say " no pain - chose Dr. Aidan" I would definitely go back again (If ever needed haha)
