Fantastic experience: Very excellent humans work at this dental clinic. Highly recommend! Dentist An Duong just performed four extractions on my teen. Talked her through the whole procedure (8 jabs of anaesthetic, 15 mins pulling the teeth, aftercare protocol), so my teen was at ease the whole time. Tan (spelling?) the dental nurse held my teen’s hand and made sure everything went smoothly. If your kid is under 18yo, they’ll have something like $1132 over two years under Medicare, covering: check-ups, xrays, cleans, fissure sealing, fillings, root canals, extractions (pulling teeth). Don’t hesitate to take them to the dentist! (Thanks Greens!! ) Reception crew are super kind and super helpful. Never had a problem getting an appointment when we needed one. Bring your fam to this crew on the corner of Ballarat Rd & Duke St! (Clinic Parking is out the back, entry on Duke - quite tight spaces). Note: Dentist A speaks Vietnamese too!

Fantastic experience: It was hard to find a good dentist but I’m so glad I finally did. I had my teeth cleaned recently and it was such a smooth, comfortable experience. The process was gentle but thorough and my teeth feel so fresh and clean. The staff were professional and friendly throughout. I’m really happy with the results. I’ll definitely be back :)

Negative experience: When I saw online this and 5 stars I really happy to be here but after Twice at here I realised this dental's treatment is not good enough for cleaning and fillings because after cleaning and fillings my teeths I still feel sensitive for long time periods.

My dentist Johanna was very knowledgeable, friendly, empathetic, and had very good rapport. I knew exactly what was happening during my appointments. The receptionist, Eva, was equally as friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Modern Dental Care, especially if you’re in search for a professional yet friendly dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: Ever since my emergency visit early last year, i drag the the whole family there for all our dental needs ever since. Dr Ahn, Van and Eva provide very professional, efficient, effective treatment, caring and peronalised approch to each of our needs. We even got a family NIB Extras which the good doctor recommended so we can save heaps on our dental bills. Me, my wife n 2 kids are very happy with their service and we now do our dental cleaning with them regularly. It's like a family outing on a nice Saturday morning Recently, i needed to have a dental check again due to having an uncomfortable feel of my tooth. They saw me right away to assess the tooth in case it was an emergency case but thankfully it was not and they booked me their earliest available appointment. Fantastic experience: The pain in one of my front tooth was becoming more than a hindrance. A friend introduced me to this place and Dr. Thuy came highly recommended, so I made a booking here. Upon arriving I was greeted with courtesy and quickly ushered into the operatory room after the formality of the patient registration forms. Dr. Thuy introduced herself and Van her dental assistance, she then proceeded to examine my condition, offered several options and we selected the best plan of action in the short term to remedy the pain and discussed long term options to fix the underlying issue. The procedure was painless (I have an innate fear of Dentists, due to past trauma), throughout the process both Dr. Thuy and Van were gentle and accommodating, which made the procedure seemed effortless and in no time I was done and I left one happy client. Would highly recommend this place, though would advise to book in advance since they can get quite busy.
