Fantastic experience: My wife Camille had to undergo dentistry treatment to prepare her for a new set of dentures. Kylie's Family Dental practice from the start were all very professional, caring, mindful of problems we had at all times. I can not thank all the staff enough for all the efforts put in to keep the anxiety level as low as possible. Every step was carefully identified and explained. Fantastic experience: The entire team at Kylie's Family Dental are professional, kind and caring. Both of the dentists - Kylie and Cameron - are truly excellent and the front of house staff (led by Manager Helen) are always welcoming and helpful. The consult rooms are well laid out and equipped - and the view of the Bowen foreshore from the plate glass windows while you are in the chair is enough to take your mind off any upcoming procedure! I recommend this business very highly.

Fantastic experience: Not that you can call a visit to the dentist's fantastic, but the service offered was. Due to extreme pain I was seen within 24 hours. Dr Renee Aitken and her assistant were professional, informative and careful. Checked every step of the way for a Root Canal that I was okay. Reception staff were lovely. Practice was clean and well maintained.

Fantastic experience: Kylie's dental recently assisted me when I was in extreme pain. I had cracked a tooth and could not chew on one side. I managed to get in to see Kylie approx 1 week later due to a cancellation. Kylie had mentioned it was one of the worst cracks she had seen on xray. Her practice is extremely busy I suspect due to how professional the business is run and I was very appreciative she allowed me in quickly. The team will go above and beyond to help and to this day I feel much better. Having said that I suspect maybe there is more to be done. Thanks Kylie

Negative experience: Make a booking which takes 3 weeks to get due to COVID19 (not their fault obviously). Call on the Monday 2 days before my booking to reconfirm my appointment for the Wednesday. Miss the call they make to me to confirm my booking the next day despite the fact I had called the day before. turn up for appointment. They have given the appointment away because i missed the call... I am told I will have to wait another 3 weeks. Tell them I'll go else where, ask for my x-ray CD back, they tell me it will take 30+ mins to retrieve the CD, this from a woman doing nothing other than sauntering about with a coffee in her hand. Apparently they don't keep their records in alphabetical order!? Also during original appointment the dentist questioned me about a scar on my face that had absolutely nothing to do with the appointment then she became defensive when I asked her if she randomly questions all her patients about their physical appearance. Rude, over priced, and poor practices. Do yourself a favor and drive to Cannonvale.

A major component of this is the COVID pre-appointment questions which you would have answered prior to your attendance during previous recent appointments in our clinic.

As part of an examination, our dental team carry out a comprehensive examination on your mouth, face and neck areas, all with a view to ensure we have a full understanding of the situation, and with no intention at any time to offend the patients.
