From the moment we walked in, Andrew, Vicki, and Nicole were absolutely amazing. As a mum of two under five, I was worried about how my daughter would handle it and how my 1 year omd would go during the visit — but the whole team was so gentle, patient, and welcoming. Andrew took the time to make the visit fun and engaging explaining each tool, letting her ride the chair, counting her teeth. Dr John Wells and his assistants were very accommodating , informative , and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. I no longer dread going to the dentist it was all painfree and i have been to many dental practices but nothing like this!! Fantastic experience: Very accomodating with my daughter in allowing her to get used to the dental practice (as she is only a toddler). She was understandably very scared however the nurses and doctor were so kind and attempted to help her feel at ease. It was a very casual meet and greet to help my daughter to adjust, the Dr was great in engaging with her and the nurse even made her a glove balloon! I appreciated this a lot. I would also like to say a special thank you to the reception staff member (Jessica?) who was just so lovely overall. When I had first called the practice to make the booking her phone mannerisms was exceptional and meeting her today it all makes sense! Thank you so much again.

Fantastic experience: I'm someone who avoided going to the dentist for most of my adult life. Then as you would expect, my mouth was in terrible health with heaps of blackness on my gums and teeth. Now I have a healthy mouth, I'm not ashamed to smile amd my teeth are white with healthy pink gums. All the staff there treat me with so much kindness and respect, I actually look forward to going there and seeing them all.

Fantastic experience: We couldn't happier! Dr Wells at Simply Beautiful Smiles was recommended to my husband and myself by a family member. We had nerver before found a dentist who listened to what we wanted and took the time to make an extensive plan to treat and correct all of our dental problems. I myself had gone my whole life with out showing any teeth while smiling, too embarrassed of my crooked and gapped teeth. Not anymore... Dr Wells designed crowns to look just like my own teeth, Only they are straight and beautiful. I haven't stopped smiling. Our only regret is we didn't find Simply Beautiful Smiles sooner.

Fantastic experience: When I contacted Simply Beautiful Smiles I was very disheartened as I was told elsewhere that mine was a difficult case and they did not show much interest, then I decided to look for a second opinion and finding Simply Beautiful Smiles was the best that could have happened. Dr Wells said that his glass is always half full. The plan for my care was completed in 2 weeks as promised and from then on everything went steadily and smoothly. Fantastic experience: I had 10 porcelain veneers with Dr Peterson & I couldn’t be happier. The entire process was very easy & my teeth are now straight, white and proportionate with my mouth & jaw. He was also able to work some magic and move my midline to be more in line with the centre of my lip which means now I’ll finally smile with teeth showing. I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: 2005 is when my life changed! I found the absolute best Cosmetic Dentist or rather ‘Magician’ in Dr John Wells. My teeth were not good and my gums were in a bad state! I had an underbite due to sucking my thumb as a child, hence didn’t like smiling or bringing any attention to my mouth. Dr Wells solved my gum issues and created the most phenomenal new smile for me that it literally drew so much positive attention that I had people say to me I should be on TV with those teeth. Stunning is the best word to describe my new teeth & smile and not one second of pain throughout my dental sessions with Dr John Wells. 16 years have passed and due to my gum issues and leaving it so long to address, I needed Dr Wells’ expertise. My smile still looked great overall, however my teeth were moving due to my gums, however without addressing the underlying gum issue which was very bad, I knew I was looking at having to wear full dentures, which I didn’t want but was prepared this may be my only option. Dr Wells took me through his comprehensive treatment plan explaining everything and after 8 painless treatments and instruction by Dr Wells how to care for my teeth & gums at home, my gum issues were arrested and then Dr Wells gave me the best news ever that my teeth could be saved! To think that my second set of veneers was now possible and that they would be more amazing than my first set... well they are! My mouth is healthy again and I am wearing my second and most drop dead gorgeous smile! From someone who grew up dreaming about having a stunning smile to actually living my real life dream, all I can say is Do It! Dr John Wells made my dream a reality and way beyond my expectations. Fantastic experience: Andrew, Andrew, Andrew... the Harry Potter of dentistry! This absolute wizard transformed my severely bucked and bunched up teeth into something that should be exhibited in an Art gallery! I had Invisalign done on my teeth and the only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. I was a very difficult patient for Andrew to deal with due to my extreme needle phobia and basically anything that causes pain. Andrew never ceased to amaze me with his endless patience and kindness, he always found a way around my fears to ensure I felt 100% comfortable. I can never thank him enough for that. The rest of the staff especially Nicole the front receptionist who I absolutely loved. Thank you for always squeezing me in and making me feel like family. I miss my regular visits and chats. If you are looking to transform your smile DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER.. you will never regret using this practice and once you book yourself in you will quickly understand why. Fantastic experience: I would love to share my wonderful experience that I had at Simply Beautiful Smiles over the past few weeks - particularly with Andrew. I had a front tooth that had had some dental work done previously (not the most complex work - 2 fillings, the main one being on the bottom of the front tooth). It fixed the issue for the short term. After about 18 months, the fillings discoloured and my front tooth was noticeably darker than my other teeth. My tea drinking did contribute to that so it wasn’t just the filling. After seeing Andrew, he gave me my options, educated me on what would work, and the pros and cons of each option. I have never had a dentist both explain things so well to me, and also give me the facts that helped me make the right decision for the LONG TERM. Also explanations about what contributes to teeth staining beyond the “generic” reasons you hear. I’ve already changed my eating habits as a result. After an ultra clean, tooth whitening and the final filling to fix the front tooth - I couldn’t be prouder to show my teeth and smile harder. My smile has not looked this good in over 15 years. It’s better than what I thought would be possible. If you want QUALITY dental work, and people who CARE about their patients (and most definitely their smiles), then please go and see Simply Beautiful Smiles. They absolutely live up to their name. As for a personal comment about Andrew, his passion for dentistry can truly be felt in the way he communicates with you, and how he carries out the dental work the whole time. Having never had (nor wanted) braces I was happy when Dr. Wells said that he could make Invisalign work for me. He was always professional and caring when analysing what needed to be done.
