Fantastic experience: Pure Dental Care at Thornleigh genuinely lives up to being both a professionally driven and patient caring dental practice, as its name implies. On a Saturday (between the Christmas and New Year holiday period) I presented myself at the Sydney Seventh Day Adventist Hospital emergency department with severe pain in a wisdom tooth, after ringing numerous private specialist dentists without success I was told the Hospital could only offer temporary pain relief and send me away. Fortunately, the triage nurse seeing the obvious pain I was experiencing agreed to try and find a private dentist to refer me to. Miraculously, Dr Youstina Gad at Pure Dental Care, Thornleigh was contacted and immediately agreed to see me that Saturday afternoon and outside the practice’s operating hours. I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Gad’s professional and caring approach to resolving the problem I experienced which in the end involved an absolutely painless extraction. I must say I didn’t feel the anaesthetic injections or even know the extraction was completed, until told it was done. I am truly thankful to Dr Gad at Pure Dental Care, Thornleigh, for her assistance in such an emergency situation and at a time of the year when very few dental practitioners are available. The silver lining from a very painful experience was my introduction to such a competent and caring dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gad is amazing, especially with kids. Her dental office is very clean and incredibly kid-friendly. She is so kind and helped my daughter a lot with her crossbite. She truly is one of a kind, and I give her 5 stars. My brother-in-law came with us to one of my daughter’s appointments. He told my daughter that she’s lucky, and said, “I wish I had a dentist like her when I was a kid.” Thank you, Dr. Gad. My kids like you a lot! :)

Fantastic experience: She’s the Dentist that saved me! I woke this morning with terrible pain from my mouth and I knew immediately my problematic wisdom tooth had finally caught up with me a year later. I live in Penrith and travelled to work in Westleigh and by 9:45am I was ready knock myself off due to the intense pain in my mouth. I rang Dentists in Penrith hoping to snag a late appointment this afternoon but everyone was booked out and couldn’t help me. I then Google searched the closest Dentists to me and one by one they couldn’t help until I rang Pure Dental. The Dentist took my call and must of heard in my voice that I was desperate and asked if I was in pain which I replied YES. The Dentist said can you be here in 15mins and I replied YES. When I entered the practice the first thing that I took in was how neat, tidy and clean it all was. I was greeted by the Dentist and she said I’ll be with you shortly. After a short wait it was my time to see her. I immediately explained my ordeal and off she went investigating my mouth and she knew exactly what was wrong with me and within 30mins my dead broken wisdom tooth was out! Not only did she save my head from exploding from pain she took the time to see me when no other Dentist would. I praised her for this and I was amazed that I actually received treatment from someone that in my eyes who actually cares for their patient’s. Not only did she go above and beyond to help me, she actually called me at the end of the day to see how I was doing! OMG this stuff you only see in the movies but today I was treated from a true Professional. Anyone in need of Dental work I would strongly recommend this practice before any other. Dr Youstina your the best ‍⚕️

Fantastic experience: Very positive experience, I’ll be back!

Fantastic experience: Very great! Opposite Aldi in Thornleigh. I had a check up and clean for myself and my two children (3 and 7 years). There is a kids corner at reception with some video game and puzzles/cool stuff to look at and there is a tv screen to watch anything you like when you have your service done. Everything is new and beautiful. Most importantly, Dr Gad is calm, lovely and gentle to myself and my children. All new technology in the room (big rooms) and I got to see photos of my teeth on the screen of before and after my clean (something I’ve never been shown before). Convenient parking at rear of block and walk through building.
