Bella Vista 7 Day Dental

Fantastic experience: Our whole family regularly go this practice. Dr Shiv is definitely one of the best dentists. As many others have commented Dr Shiv is able to identify our dental issues even before we tell him about it. Dr Shiv is highly professional at the same time very humane, a rare combination. The way he talks to patients eases half of our pain which I believe is an essential quality for a good medical professional. Although Dr Shiv is booked out for several months in advance, the practice has been able to accommodate us in any emergency every time, in one of their practices (Baulkham Hills or Bella vista). Staff at both their practices are also very friendly and make you feel at ease whether on the phone or in person. Contrary to common belief that visit to a dentist is dreadful, this practice especially Dr. Shiv makes you so comfortable and puts you at ease during every visit. Thank you Dr.Shiv Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Highly recommend 7 day dental (Baulkham Hills or Bella vista).

Fantastic experience: Honestly one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. The staff were welcoming from the moment I walked in, everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or upsold. The dentist was professional, gentle, and knew exactly what they were doing. The clinic itself is modern, spotless, and runs on time. If you hate going to the dentist like most people, this place will change your mind. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shiv is simply the best. I have zero pain tolerance and a serious fear of needles, yet I had to get a deep cavity filled. Despite my anxiety, the experience was far better than I expected. After being given nitrous oxide, I received the anesthetic injection. Dr. Shiv handled everything perfectly and with incredible kindness and patience, even when I couldn’t help but scream. His gentle and understanding approach made a world of difference. On top of that, the prices at this dental clinic are very reasonable. Honestly, I have no words to express my gratitude.Dr. Shiv is the best dentist I’ve ever met.

Negative experience: I came for a routine clean up as a medibank user. During the appointment the dentist did a 'slash', a sudden quick move of the equipment which alarmed me. After a few days, i realised that I now have a visible cut on one of my tooth. Please don't come here. They do not have skilled dentists here.

Fantastic experience: Great practice. I came here as an emergency patient in 2021 and had a root canal performed by Dr Sibel. She’s a fantastic doctor, very thoughtful and thorough. I recommend this place to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I went to Bella Vista dental today and saw Dr. Shiv Shashi. I have never been treated and cared for so nicely by a dentist in years. I was treated with lots of information and friendliness. Dr Shiv explained everything so Clearly and made me feel very relaxed. I want to cry with happiness because I finally found a dentist that cares about you rather than making money. I Highly recommend this place. The reception and other nurses were also so friendly and caring. I have always been nervous to go to the dentist my whole life but since I found Dr Shiv and this place I feel very relaxed and happy.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this dental clinic (as well as their Baulkham Hills clinic) more highly. I’ve had amazing experiences with Dr Shiv, Dr Shaz, Dr David, the dental assistants, and the lovely receptionists. I just had my two lower wisdom teeth extracted. The process was incredibly quick, and Dr David and the dental assistant made me feel very comfortable. The receptionists answered my many questions over email quickly and thoroughly. They truly went above and beyond. Dr Shiv and Dr Shaz are incredibly personable, accommodating, and ethical in their work with me. They were very up front about the treatments I require and the associated costs. I absolutely recommend 7 Day Dental to anyone looking for a team of skilful, friendly, and ethical dentistry staff.

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic dental surgery. From the first step in the door you are made to feel welcome by the friendly reception staff. They all wear masks, I wear a mask when I see them it keeps everyone safe. The dentists are also terrific , the dentist that I see is the only dentist that I feel safe and comfortable with. I'm a Beauty Dermal Therapist and can happily recommend them. They also have fillers and botox available. A very clean and tidy place.

Fantastic experience: Dr Shaz is such an amazing doctor! She has been looking after my daughter (soon to be 6y/o) since she was 2 y/o and she is so gentle, warm, and reassuring. My daughter even gives her a hug when she sees her. We trust Dr Shaz completely and would highly recommend her, especially for children. She’s amazing! From when I walked through the door I felt welcomed and at ease , the dentist were able to fix the damages from my braces ( at a previous dental ) to perfection . I’ve had my regular cleaning appts, fillings, a root canal & wisdom teeth removal done by him. All of them have always gone perfectly! The reception staff is also lovely & always happy to help!

Fantastic experience: Dr Shaz was very friendly and talented i saw her a couple of days ago and did take out one of my wisdom tooth. The whole process was pain free and felt good after it as well. Plus she checked on me a couple of days later to see how i am doing. Hands down i would recommend her and the team. Simply the best!!!!
