Fantastic experience: I was planning to go back to the Philippines last year to have my retainers fixed because I've heard that it's very expensive here in Australia but for some reason, I just decided to have it done here. Overall, I was amazed with their service. They're very hospitable and very friendly, and their clinic feels like you're in a spa. I was also just watching netflix the whole time (I discovered shows that were interesting that's really not on my list) while they were fixing my retainers. Since then, I've been going back to them every six months for a scheduled cleaning. It's worth the penny and I've been recommending them to my friends.

Fantastic experience: Emotive Smiles Dental is really a hidden gem and I am so glad I discovered this Dental practice. I use to think, I had a good dentist and had been seeing the guy for years, then he retired and I was very hesitant to try a new dentist as I have had some bad experiences before my old dentist. However, Tran and Linh are both super friendly and makes the entire process relaxing and safe. The process was so easy and they are so well knowledgeable and helpful that I felt my teeth are in safe hands soon as I got there. Now when I reflect on my last dentist, I now know what I was missing out on. Don't get me wrong he was a good dentist but the experience Tran and Linh offer is unbeatable. For the people who think they have a good dentist, I highly recommend just doing one check up with Emotive Smiles and you'll instantly know what I am talking about. Sorry this is a long review but I felt a short review wouldn't do this place justice.

Fantastic experience: I had a lovely experience with Emotive Smiles! My 4-year old daughter and 6-year old son have some cavities that needs to be cleaned and filled. It was a stressful experience from my previous dental clinic and was advised to seek a specialist but wanted to try a second option with Emotive Smiles. To my surprise, it was a complete opposite experience with Emotive Smiles. My kids just calmly and smoothly followed through the procedures and was done with 0 tears, 0 hesitations and with a smile. The dentist was very calm and good with little kids. They have very good facilities too which makes them very efficient in what they do. Very clean facility and child-friendly ambiance. Very good customer service. Highly recommended for patients on all ages .

I was treated by Dr Tran who looked after me. She did X-ray, advised me of possible treating options in the end removed the injured tooth. (It was painless experience) I could not believe it. These two ladies are the first dentists I have been to, who have bothered to explained in details why they are carrying out the procedures.
