Negative experience: Extremely disappointed is an understatement..filling done too close to the nerve which eventually caused nerve infection and inflammation..only to be offered a root canal at around $1800 ..will not be returning and will certainly not refer anyone to your clinic

Thank you, Reception staff for your service. Dr. Rupan Kaur and Jess (Dental Assistant) were great in the services they provided. Dr. Kaur did a thorough inspection and explained everything I needed to know about my dental care. Thank you very much! I highly recommend NDC to anyone who are interested in maintaining a good oral health. P.S. - Everyone at the NDC had a wonderful smile on their face (no pun intended) :)

Negative experience: Went in 3 minutes late for my 3 year old son’s first dental appointment!@4:23 pm on 19/05/23. Doctor Syed/Sayeed was at the reception asked me if it’s the first appointment, I replied yes. He sighed and gave me the paperwork to fill up. It took about 10 minutes with receptionist to complete the process which involved medicare. However, In the end he has asked me to reschedule for another day as he is running behind schedule. (Although, I have been told mine is the last appointment of the day while taking our appointment over the phone,. So not sure how would they be running behind schedule unless they have double booked some one. And that’s probably why they chose not to see my son) In my personal opinion this place and the doctor Syed is so far the most unprofessional and unethical person/ people that I’ve came across.

Fantastic experience: Jason and Lynette were warm, attentive and gentle today when I underwent and extraction. Didn’t feel a thing and the whole process was a breeze. Would recommend to anyone and will be going back in the future

Fantastic experience: I suffer from sleep apnoea. My airways became partially blocked during sleep, which caused uncomfortable muscle spasms throughout the night, severely disrupting my sleep. I’d wake up several times throughout the night and in the morning felt like I didn't get a good night's rest. Feeling drowsiness during the day and difficulty concentrating. I tried nasal sprays to treat sinus problems thinking that nasal congestion makes it harder to breathe while you sleep. I also trialled an oral appliance worn at night - but felt claustrophobic, so that was out! During a visit to the Dentist, Jason Bishop, mentioned an “oral mandibular advancement" device may help with my sleep apnoea problems. These appliances keep your tongue from blocking your airway as you sleep. • National Dental Care can create a custom-made dental appliance, or "oral mandibular advancement" device. • Jason suggested I see my Dr and seek a referral for a sleep study to confirm my condition. • Jason helped treat my OSA by making custom-made bite impressions and models which he then sent off for construction of an appliance called a Mandibular Advancement Splint. These appliances work by ensuring that your lower jaw stays forward during the night. They prevent the tissues at the back of your throat from collapsing and blocking your airway. • Jason’s main motivation as a dentist, is the impact he can have on a patients’ general health and wellbeing. Thank you Jason. I love to wear my Mandibular Splint every night!

Dr Jason Bishop is always helpful , talks to you while your being treated, and his Dental Nurse Lynette is absolutely gorgeous as she knows also of my anxiety , she held my hand to get through it all....
