The wisdom teeth removal was way smoother than I expected—minimal pain and quick recovery. As for the veneers, I’m absolutely in love with my new smile. I first came to Complete Smiles for Invisalign it was an amazing seamless experience, after they were complete Dr Hanna did some composite fillings to perfect my teeth, placed a retainer behind my teeth to prevent movement in the future, we whitened my teeth and I have a retainer to wear of an evening. Everyone thinks I have veneers, I couldn’t be happier. I see him twice per year for a check and clean - he is so honest, caring and kind to all his patients.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely terrified of Dentists due to previous experience with other Dentist. Saw Complete Smile Bella Vista on Face book a few times but couldn't find the courage to phone them. I replied to a lady's comment and Dr James Hanna replied to mine via private message. I was to embarrassed at the state of teeth, bad breath and in so much pain for months. Every pain killer I took had stopped working including oil of cloves. Dr James Hanna said we've seen everything, we're here to make you be pain free not to Judge you. I felt so much relief in those comforting words and could feel the sincerity of those words. The lovely receptionist contacted me first thing the next morning as Dr James Hanna told me they would got an appointment for that day. I don't know what made me go more the pain or his comforting words of hope. Walked in to a beautiful calming inviting waiting area with a cheerful welcome by the down to earth receptionist Annabelle. I started to feel a little relaxed straight away, was like walking into a Beauty Spa not a cold uninviting waiting area with a grumpy receptionist or the sound of drills mouths been rinced and Dentist yelling. Dr James Hanna explained everything he was going to do and explain to me each step he was doing before touching me, not that I was really listening I was to scared. He gave me 2 squssies to squeeze and put the tv on for me. Sorry Dr James Hanna for returning you squssies soaking wet. Before I knew it my tooth was out. I felt like a Drama Queen after and had tears of joy and such relief. Such a great experience after 6 years of been terrified to go to a Dentist. Little bit of pain from the injection but we'll worth it. I had steak for dinner that night, first time in months. No more soups or cassoroles for.me, yay. I highly recommend Dr James Hanna so much that I'll be going to him regularly now but this time I'll be skipping and running in not been pushed by my pain .Thank you doesn't even describe how greateful i feel, . Great nights sleep, and even a follow-up call the next morning to see how I was.Best Dentist and receptionist ever. As Arnold Schwarzenegger would say, " I'll be back.

I have been my whole life sacred of going to the dentist and have had a dentures for over 25 years, last week my front tooth broke i was in need of urgent treatment. Fantastic experience: Dr James Hanna is the best and nicest dentist that I have ever been to in my 71 years. A huge statement, but being his patient, and experiencing his excellent dental work leaves me in no doubt. He has fitted crowns, fillings and also has had to do root canal treatment on me during the past month. Dr Hanna is a caring, extremely gentle dentist, and makes one feel comfortable at all times, whether for a check-up, a filling, or more major dental work.
