Fantastic experience: I originally visited the Wynyard Dental Clinic for Invisalign. I was extremely happy with the treatment provided by Dr Joe Saad and the results exceeded my expectations. Since my Invisalign treatment several years ago I switched to this practice for my regular check-up and cleans and have again been very happy with the professional and caring service. The receptionists are also lovely. I would highly recommend Wynyard Dental Clinic and Dr Joe Saad!

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Peter Ikonomou at Wynyard Dental Clinic for my invisalign. Dr Peter was friendly, thorough, listened to any concerns I had and was honest about what could be achieved. I paid for my treatment up front and there was no rush to get me out the door as soon as the bare minimum had been done. Dr Peter made sure he took as much time as necessary for me to have the smile I wanted. I've finished my invisalign treatment and my teeth look pretty great. I'm not sure what Kim's job title is, but she does a bit of everything - reception, booking, accounting .... She might be the practise manager. Either way, she's delightful and my dental appointments were always more fun and less "dentisty" when she was there. I also had my teeth scaled and cleaned twice by another dentist there, I think his name is Dr Fairuz (I'm so sorry if I got that wrong). Anyway he did a fantastic job and both times I walked away feeling like my mouth was the most pristine place on earth. The staff in this clinic are professional, friendly and generous with their expertise. I highly recommend Wynyard Dental Clinic.

Negative experience: I really regret doing my Invisalign treatment with them. The treatment is very expensive and, even though they knew I was not happy with the result, they just finished it justifying that it was what Invisalign could do. Apparently they have 2 sets of aligners from Invisalign and if they don't do it right, they would have to pay for any extra. I have 2 teeth needing a bit of rotation and some gaps as well. I raised these things before the second round of the treatment, but it was not enough. The most frustrating part was the feeling that I had to argue with the Dr and he was continuously asking what I wanted him to do (as If I was the doctor). Very tense situation. Huge amount of money wasted and I do not recommend their service.
