Negative experience: I chose this practice after reading mostly positive reviews online. The experience was awkward and unpleasant. I paid $195 for my child to be seen, just for them to look in her mouth, take an x-ray, tell me to see an orthodontist first. Like, no, just remove (or plan to remove) the front baby teeth, like was done for me as a child, then I will see an orthodontist IF it is required. I didn't need an orthodontist for my front teeth and those teeth are fine (and straight) without intervention. She's a young kid who is still growing, and certainly doesn't need an orthodontist yet. The dentist also seemed almost to want to rush us out from the very beginning, after THEY were significantly late for our appointment, which makes me question the advice given. It made me wonder whether the advice given simply suited their need to move onto the next patient quickly (who they were also late for). So, yea, we won't be returning.

Fantastic experience: Go here if you fear/hate dentists. They are gentle and patient and AMAZING. I had a root canal. And did not feel a single thing. They even numbed my gum before giving me the needle. I have never experienced a more professional and pain free dentist EVER. completely blown away. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: Two visits in with this clinic and I have nothing but praise. The staff are pleasant and helpful, I have not been kept waiting at either appointment (unusual these days) and Dr Josh is great, gentle and explains everything he's going to do clearly. Highly recommended.
Fantastic experience: Seven Springs and Dr Victoria Fishcher were fantastic. I’ve never felt so comfortable and pain free at the dentist! Dr Fishcher explained what she was going to do during my filling at every step which made me feel really at ease, and there was no feeling of judgement. Loved the music playing in the room as well.

Negative experience: So upset the dentist has given my son trauma and I now have to take my son to a specialist in Brisbane and pay $400 to have him accessed. They say the work with children but this experience didn't seem like they do. Do not recommend for childern.

Fantastic experience: Dr Josh and his assistance Shawny, were terrific. We needed to take our 4 year old for her first dentists visit and although it was scary for her, Dr Josh and Shawny were extremely calming and patient with our daughter. It took several minutes but with their calm and fun approach, we were able to get our daughter to open up and let them do their jobs. Fantastic experience: First timer at this dental practice and I must say the whole process was just terrific, from the gorgeous natured girls at the front desk to the superb quality of care, gentleness and expertise and knowledge of Dr Josh and his lovely assistant. Fantastic experience: I am not one for reviews but after visiting Seven Springs Dental I knew I had to share my experience. From the minute you walk in the staff are delightful and very professional, making you feel at ease. My appointments have all been with Dr Susan and what a star she is. I am a very nervous patient who has gone through extensive dental procedures and I would not have wanted anyone else sitting next to me with tools in hand. Susan is a true professional, who has patience and empathy with her clients, she takes time to listen and talks you through any concerns you may have. She is a asset to the Team and a 5 star dentist. Fantastic experience: Being new to Toowoomba, there is a real sense of relief when a recommendation for a new health service turns out to be very, very good. Seven Springs is just excellent. I felt welcome and at ease the moment I walked in. Very professional, lovely people, and the practice is very well kitted out. Shout out to Victoria the way she listened and explained things. It's strange to use the word 'excellent' about a trip to the dentist, but this certainly was!

Fantastic experience: For over 15 years our family have been lucky enough to have Dr Gus Fischer and Dr Paola Cifuentes as our family dentists. In the days before we found Dr Gus I used to have panic attacks when visiting the dentist due to a horrendous wisdom tooth removal I had in my early 20's. A friend recommended I visit Dr Gus for his calm, professional and caring approach - that was back in 2007 and I have never looked back. The entire team are friendly, warm and welcoming. I HIGHLY recommend Seven Springs Dental for their HOLISTIC, modern & thorough dental care. The way they work with children is absolutely fantastic. If you are looking for a new dentist, are new to town, or haven't had your teeth checked for a while because you are a bit nervous - I highly recommend you go and see Seven Springs Dental. Fantastic experience: I have long had a phobia of dentists, but that changed when I recently saw Gus at ME dentist to get a quote on work that badly needed to be done, and removing amalgam fillings and replacing. Anyhow, yesterday spent two hours in the chair, and am converted - nearly slept through it, and he was just so professional and gentle, and his assistant was also very efficient, cheerful and professional. I still have three visits to go for amalgam replacement, but no nerves any more, and will be confident to be back for bi annual check ups now. Thank you Gus and your whole team - awesome job.

Fantastic experience: I'm no longer frightened to go to the dentist! I had a filling replaced. I cannot believe I'm going to write this... it was pain free, didn't even feel the needles! Next visit, I had a crown replaced & completed in the same visit! New technology... crown was made in the clinic while I waited. Unbelievable finish, results & excellent service! Fantastic experience: A trip to the dentist has never been high on my list of things to do. After having an old filling collapse ME Dental were so great. Their technology for delivering the numbing drugs was incredible. (I was waiting for the dreaded needle) So, if you are like me and dread a visit to the dentist, ME Dental will surprise you.
