Negative experience: Do not recommend An extraction ended up with an inverted V shape She said it will flatten It's been two months since then and didn't get any better On another occasion her cleaning machine was not working

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Jane Zhang for years, and I can honestly say she is the only dentist I trust for myself, and with my children. Even though we travel from across Sydney, the trip is always worth it for the exceptional care she provides. Dr. Zhang is highly regarded as one of the best dentists in the city, and her gentle, kind approach with both myself and my children truly sets her apart. She has a special interest in the dental treatment of children and believes in fostering a positive attitude toward dental care from a young age, which has made every visit stress-free for my family. If you are looking for a dentist who combines expertise, compassion, and genuine care for your family, I cannot recommend Dr. Jane Zhang enough.

Negative experience: Probably avoid if for Children . I took my kid here and the dentist (Wont name names but will if they push), said my kid had cavities, then referred to a pediatric dentist, which cost a fortune just for a consult, with the end result being no cavities at all. Waste of complete time... The pediatric dentist even sent the file back to Marrickville Dental, and I queried how this occurred, and have not received a response at all. Extremely poor service. Avoid.

With every visit, what is needed is explained in detail and provides insights as to why and what would happen if not done. I haven’t felt so safe with a dentist. Her experience, empathy and care has made me a loyal customer and I would recommend her every time.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I have been coming to Dr Jane Zhang in Marrickville for our dentistry for about 15 years. We come because we trust her implicitly and we couldn't recommend her more. Even though we now live quite a distance from Marrickville, it's worth it for us to travel for Dr Jane's expert dental services. She does detailed assessments, identifies the dental "must-do's", and then works with people individually to make a plan for their different medical and cosmetic preferences. Dr Jane is super efficient, super friendly and the Marrickville clinic is all brand-new with top equipment. If you're looking for an expert you can trust, we definitely recommend Dr Jane in Marrickville.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jane is an absolute gem and outstanding for her knowledge, skills and resources. Her nurse Maha, is extremely warmth, caring and so friendly. They’re an amazing duo which is rare and so hard to find these days at a dental clinic, they make you feel so welcomed and at ease the moment you walked in, very relaxed, soothing and happy vibes there. Dr. Jane has also looked after me for over 10 years now and counting. Apart from being extremely professional, attentive, efficient and kind, she genuinely cares deeply for her patients and knows what’s best for them. I’d ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND her and Maha to everyone else out there who’s in need and looking for a dentist or dental care. Trust me, ya guys will thank me later ! Haha :)

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Jane for some years now if I count the times I've needed her to fix someone else's work. (I guess it happens.) I'm now lucky enough to see her full time and find that she's an amazing dentist and an amazing individual! The standard of her work is so high partly because she understands the impact (pun not intended) our teeth have on our self esteem. The other part is simply because she's very good at it.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Jane, the Dentist and Maha, her assistant for some extensive dental work. I can’t tell you how happy I am that I found them. Because of unnecessary dental work done as a child I have huge anxiety when I go to the dentist and in the past I have needed complete sedation to get me through my work. Jane and Maha have made it possible for me to get through my appointments with minimal stress. They are kind, personable, patient and treat me holistically. Jane explains things so clearly and gives me some options. Honestly I wish I had a Jane in my life growing up. Then I would likely not have any of these phobias. Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr. Jane can not be recommended highly enough. I have been going to see Dr. Jane for many years and when I started my teeth were in terrible condition. They were painful and sensitive and quite frankly I was scared. Jane was not only informative with the steps to take to have healthy teeth but also gentle and understanding of my situation. She helped with my pain, improved my dental health and now I'm forever thankful. 5/5 rating!

Fantastic experience: Jane Zhang is a great dentist. I particularly like that: 1. My treatments and regular professional cleaning with Jane help me maintain good oral health. 2. Jane communicates very clearly – she listens to what my concerns are; explains my treatment options and her recommendations; monitors how I am feeling while undergoing a procedure; and advises me how I should go about maintaining good oral hygiene. 3. I feel like a valued patient – she understands my views on dental health and doesn’t try to sell me unnecessary services; and the practice keeps me informed of my scheduled appointment and whether she is running late on the day.

Fantastic experience: Jane Tsang and her assistant Maha are both very patient and assuring with me, understanding my long term phobia of the dentist, which has resulted in the less than ideal state of my teeth and gums. To help alleviate my anxiety, Jane explains what will take place at each appointment, allowing sufficient time to provide additional iinformation, explaining the benefits of improved home dental care, and demonstrating proper brushing techniques. I am hoping that the implementation of a treatment plan in 2024 with Jane as my dentist will bring about improvement in the areas identified.

Fantastic experience: My little boy has a filling done here and he was so nervous being his first time having a treatment. The dentist and dental nurse were both so kind and encouraging to him keeping it very fun and a positive experience for him. The dentist did a great job on his tooth too! Very happy with the service.

Fantastic experience: I visited Marrickville dental for many years as a teen. Had my wisdom teeth removed there. Dr Kotis’ chair-side manners are extraordinary. Always calm and confident. Never had a better clean.

Negative experience: I went here for the first time for a cleaning a couple months ago. 7 minutes elapsed between the time I walked into the front door and when I walked back out onto the street. That gives you an idea of how thorough they are . Of course I was charged the full amount. What a sham .

Negative experience: Unless your on welfare they wont see you. Pay a fortune in tax to the gov to be told to go private when you need them. What im i paying tax for ???

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with dr Michael , . I’ve been scared of the dentist and doctor forever, but wow , he was very reassuring, and he new I was nervous, and fixed my broken tooth ,that I thought might have had to be pulled out , his nurse is amazing too and staff on front desk . For someone so scared of the dentist , when covid is over I’ll be back for sure, get a full clean an exrays , probably been so long, a root canal too ! oh and good $$$ , I had been stood down from work , so feeling poor , but what I paid was worth it ! Good value,, highly recommend Nicole b xx
