Fantastic experience: I live over 30-40 minutes away from this clinic, and drove all the way for my first time because of a recommendation. And I can well and truly say, comfortably, that the recommendation was spot on, and 100% worth the trip. The receptionist/assistant is so delightful, and extremely competent, an absolute bubble of a character. And the same is to be said about the Dr who treated me (Dr Ryan). They were both extremely professional, humorous, humble, down-to-earth and wonderful. I felt extremely comfortable asking whatever question I wanted, and I felt even more at ease when listening to the Dr’s explanations that were detailed (without being confusing) understandable and helpful. Everything is clean, tidy, and up-to-date. Ive never really liked going to the dentist, but this is the first time I’ve genuinely enjoyed the experience, and also the first time I’ve voluntarily booked my future appointments at the desk. I definitely highly recommend to everyone and anyone

From start to finish, he was incredibly patient, attentive, and really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. Even when I asked for small, detailed adjustments, he never rushed me and made sure everything was done just right. What I appreciated most was that he respected my desire to keep my teeth looking as natural as possible, he never tried to upsell me on veneers or suggest anything unnecessary. The final result looks amazing and completely natural, just like I hoped for. Fantastic experience: In as much as we would like to gatekeep this amazing clinic, it wouldn’t be right to keep it from anyone looking for genuinely great care. We’re so glad to have finally found a family-friendly practice we all feel comfortable with. Dr. Ryan has been amazing, especially with our kid, patiently walking us through each step, from the tools he uses to the treatments involved. Even I felt at ease, despite feeling a bit anxious going in (it had been a while since my last dental visit, and I’ll admit, I was dreading a little judgment - lol). But Dr. Ryan was incredibly approachable, explaining everything clearly and professionally, without ever making me feel embarrassed or self-conscious. It’s reassuring to know we’re in very capable and compassionate hands. Looking forward to continuing our family’s dental care journey with Dr. Ryan and the whole team at Ascentia.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience from the start to the end, I am honestly impressed with how sincere they look after their patients. The staff went above and beyond trying to squeeze my husband and I in last minute! We were so impressed with the level of our comprehensive check and clean from Dr Ryan and Chloe, and know that we were in good hands. My husband is often quite hesitant to go to the dentist, however Dr Ryan has a very calming approach and my husband felt right at home. We have already recommend Ascentia Dental to my family and friends- definitely next level dental right here!

I'm usually EXTREMELY shy and nervous to go to the dentist but Dr. Ryan is really chill like that and patient and explained everything very thoroughly. It was a very pleasant experience. This clinic will definitely be my new regular as all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Their clinic has a very calming atmosphere and not like other hard-fluorescent light medical clinics. Dr Ryan is very gentle and skilled, my wisdom tooth extraction took only a few minutes, zero discomfort. I also love the aesthetics of the clinic, super modern and clean. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend!! This is a lovely new dental clinic which opened up not too far from me. My neighbour spoke highly of them so I decided to check them out myself (annual clean and check-up). They're fully kitted out with an x-ray machine which they said was used on all new patients such as myself to form a baseline analysis. I haven't personally seen one at my previous dental clinics. There were two dentists on and I was treated by Dr Tony. He was lovely, explained my X-ray in great detail and provided a nice gentle service. The TV screen was definitely a nice touch during treatment time. Oh and they serve tea and coffee while you wait too! I would definitely reccomend to anyone in Melton looking for a great modern dental clinic.
