Oct 2025 I went there today. Very professional and understand complete care. They go the extra mile to understand because you are hesitate of what's going to happen to you. They are friendly and they will explain everything to you. I highly recommend them. I will go back when I need them again. First class I have just had a treatment for root canal. They very friendly and caring. I suffer from a touch of nerves because of the major repairs but they reassured everything was going to be ok. It was. Fantastic experience: I had an unexpected dental emergency while visiting Canberra from Sydney for work. Unfortunately, my tooth pain started suddenly, and I had a very disappointing experience at two other dental clinics (Dickson) The first one was too busy and instead of focusing on my issue, the receptionist was more concerned about arranging another dentist and discussing commissions over the phone. The second clinic told me extracting a front tooth would cost $500–$600 and when I said I would think about it, the receptionist rudely told me not to come back. I was shocked by the attitude and prices I encountered in Canberra. Feeling frustrated, I considered returning to Sydney and just managing the pain with medication from a GP. Even there, I was charged $100 just for a consultation with no bulk billing. While still in Canberra, I decided to check online again and that’s when I found Dr. Nandini’s clinic. From the moment I walked in, her receptionist gave me excellent customer service. Dr. Nandini was very professional, caring, and trustworthy. She took the time to listen and made me feel comfortable. She extracted my tooth quickly and painlessly, and the pricing was extremely reasonable—far better than the other clinics I visited. What really stood out was the care she provided after the treatment. She even followed up with a phone call to check on me. Dr. Nandini and her team are incredibly kind, professional, and honest. I’ve already recommended her to friends in both Canberra and Sydney. I would happily travel to Canberra again for any future dental issues just to be treated by her. Please be careful when choosing a dentist—some clinics seem more focused on money than patient care. Dr. Nandini is the opposite: she truly cares and provides exceptional service without ripping people off

Fantastic experience: I had chipped jaw bone pieces stuck in my inside jaw gum. Pain was terrible, booked in online via HotDoc , easy as - saw Dr Nandini that morning - she was AWESOME. Had a look & Xray, managed to moved the 2 x sharp bone splinters. Pain was instantly relived. Even the needles were gentle.... Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at this dentist and would strongly advise against going there. I cracked the front of my tooth on New Year’s and booked an appointment, but it turned out to be a nightmare. They initially tried to charge me $600 for the procedure, and when I asked for a breakdown of the costs, they backtracked and removed the consultation fee, admitting I hadn’t actually had one. After the appointment, I checked my teeth in the mirror and was shocked to find one front tooth noticeably longer than the other, and a small chip on the neighboring tooth that hadn’t even been fixed. When I called them to address the issues, they reluctantly agreed to see me again. During the second visit, the dentist dismissed my concerns as "cosmetic" and implied it was my problem. Even after the second attempt, the cracks are still noticeable, and the teeth barely look fixed. For the price they charge, I expected much better results and professionalism. Instead, they were unprofessional, lacked attention to detail, and seemed more interested in upcharging than providing quality care. I cannot recommend this dentist and would suggest finding someone more competent and trustworthy.

She welcomes you with a smile that starts with her eyes, and she is not fussed about how you address her — Nandini, Dr Polepalli, Dr Nandini; A moniker is a moniker and her priority is your experience in her care. She listens to your backstory and your current needs; And when she starts your procedure, she talks you through what she is about to do, reassuring you all the way. This kept me calm and relaxed throughout, because let’s face it, whether one is 10 years old or that times five, delightful is not the word one would generally use to describe a dentist experience. Mine, with Nandini, was an absolute joy — and pain-free, to boot! Nandini works efficiently. In two appointments, we achieved care for 4 teeth, the last of which required extra time, hence the second visit. It is also evident that Nandini extends this care to all of her staff as well, which is always a bonus in my eyes. Positive experience: My family and I have been seeing Dr Low for many years. He is a very good dentist, very gentle, explains what he is doing, will often make time to see you in an emergency. Thoroughly recommend him.

Negative experience: Receptionist is very rude and snappy makes you feel very uncomfortable and makes you feel bad about needing a dentist refuses to use the emergency vouchers for centerlink and snatched the paperwork from me and has done all this in front of my child and made her feel uncomfortable and even my six year old said she was rude. Completely un acceptable I highly recommend not going here ever!

Fantastic experience: Dr Low, is a kind and caring dentist. He is generous with his time and expertise as well as being very gentle, careful and thorough. I still take my 96-year-old mother to him and she must’ve been seeing him for at least 30 years now. I have been seeing him for over 20 years and so have several other members of our family.

Fantastic experience: Dr Robert Low was available at very short notice today (Xmas Eve) when my front tooth fractured. He was kind, efficient and went to length in explaining what had happened to my tooth and the various remedies that my dentist could consider when he is back from holidays. I highly recommend Dr Low. I add a further review; I had to go back to Dr Low on Boxing Day and he made himself available and saved my dignity by way of building a temporary tooth after my fractured tooth came away . I could not recommend him more highly.
