Fantastic experience: What an amazing dentist Dr Kurt is! So caring, gentle and knowledgeable. I have had great experiences coming here. The hygenist is also great. The reception staff are also very professional and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Tim is fabulous and gentle, not only with me but with my two children, 5 and 3. He and his team have made the dentist a fun experience for both of them, even when we had small procedures that needed to be done. Both children look forward to the dentist and I can’t recommend them highly enough. When I am in the chair they roll out colouring books and keep them entertained and I’m so grateful to them for making the visit to the dentist fun and easy.

Fantastic experience: Had a chipped top front tooth on a new 4 tooth crown bridge - attended 3 other dentists who all said it couldn’t be even temporarily fixed even visited one in Brisbane - there was no hope! Was put onto Peter Jorganson by a dental prosthesis technician and he was able to do a temp resin filing so I feel and look human again. I am so grateful and only wish I’d used this dental clinic decades earlier .

Fantastic experience: My first visit with Kurt I was greeted by him with a solid hand shake, I was to have a checkup….examination, and hopefully I thought I may have some cavities worked on. I have never experienced such an involved examination procedure for the 50 minutes. Kurt explained everything to me right through, gave me lots of avenues I could choose from For my first visit I was very impressed with Kurt and look forward to further visits. Fantastic experience: My little boys (2 and 5) absolutely love visiting Dr Tim for their checkups. His care and engagement with them ensures they are smiling from start to finish. Days later, I am still hearing about "Dr Tim"! The lovely reception and administration team make everything easy from the moment you arrive, and the lovely chair side dental assistant team gave the boys 5 star treatment, from coming out and saying hi before our appointment through to searching out the perfect prizes for the boys to take home. Fantastic experience: I had a positive experience at JM Dental. Gwenda, the receptionist, was lovely over the phone when making my appointment. Dr Paul was very friendly. Margaret and Hannah, who did my clean, were incredibly gentle and thorough. I would definitely recommend this practice and will be back again.

Fantastic experience: I am new to the area and a very nervous patient so you can imaging actually calling and making an appointment is the first hurdle (especially having to go to someone i don't know). The receptionists where very accommodating and made an appointment later that day with Dr Tim. I was so grateful he was gentle and spent considerable time explaining the state of work I needed. Therefore, I was not a surprised that I needed a root canal! The good news was that I could be sedated for the entire procedure. Had it all done yesterday, no pain and no stress! What a relief. Dr Tim and Dr Paul are terrific. Both gentle and understanding. Definitely earnt their 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: A few years ago, I had the fortune of seeing Dr. Tim Jorgensen on an emergency basis when I was visiting Brisbane and I've never looked back. Dr Tim repaired the damage that was done by another dentist two weeks earlier, and he saved my tooth. He is gentle and friendly. Now, I don't want any other person to treat me, so I often fly 4 hours to Brisbane to see him when I need to. Dr Tim is very professional and knows his stuff. Fantastic experience: As an extremely nervous and mistrustful person of dentists due to bad dental history, I can honestly say that Jorgensen Mutzelburg Dental are like no other. Dr Paul instantly made feel comfortable, and with no judgement, helped me get past my fear of dentists. I highly recommend the fantastic service that comes with visiting this dental office up to and including the other staff that make your visit calm and welcoming. Fantastic experience: I am "Dental Phobic" and that's the tip of the iceberg as to my stress and anxiety about seeing the dentist. It has taken me decades to work up the nerve to make an appointment, with valium on board anxiety levels sky-rocketing, I went to this fantastic place with the most accommodating, calming and amazing group of people - Dentist Kurt, Dental nurse Lourdes, Prac Manager Sam, Anaesthetic Nurse Mel, and Receptionist Gwenda just to name a few. My stress levels were through the roof, tears, shaking, sweating and l had only just got to the waiting room. Well I'm glad to say the these wonderful people had an abundance of patience with me and I got through the needles to numb me (felt hardly anything), the small drill was ok and large drill in short bursts to help me tolerate the noise and feel. I brought headphones which were great with the little drill, hardly heard it. Talked me through each thing they were doing and I had two teeth done and am going back in two weeks. These wonderful people had given me hope to bridge the gap between my anxiety and dentists. Anyone who has a phobia like mine please call them and they will organise a talk first, to see what needs doing. I am so grateful they helped me out after I V Sedation wasn't an option for me, but they did offer it too. ITS NEVER TOO LATE TO CALL AND THEY WILL HELP.

From that very first contact to the completion of my treatment I was treated with respect , professionalism and compassion by every member of an incredible team. Anxiety free and painless best describes my experience of sleep dentist treatment. Words cannot adequately describe what a difference this has made to my life. I don’t do a lot of reviews, this is heartfelt and real. Please give them a call, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: At Jorgensen Mutzelburg Dental, I truly believe I received excellent customer service and care. From the moment I walked in the doors and was served by the lovely reception staff, Rose, Samantha and Gwenda, to the consult with Dr. Jorgensen and Lena. All staff are very friendly, professional, curiosity and helpful. Having my wisdom teeth out was causing me a lot of apprehension and all staff were very patient and helpful in taking my calls to ask questions about the procedure and and following up on my emails. Dr. Tim Jorgensen is one of the best dentists I have had the pleasure of meeting. He was thorough in explaining what was going on with my teeth during the initial consult. Using a camera to show me on a screen and explain what was going on was an absolute first for me. In turn, coming up with a treatment plan gave me peace of mind because I felt informed about the work that needed to be done and more comfortable paying the costs involved. I was most impressed when my treatment plan commenced and Dr. Jorgensen said I could private message the clinic Facebook page if I needed any assistance over the weekend. This was very reassuring given I had just had my wisdom teeth out for the first time awake. Even Dr. Jorgensen's ability to extract my teeth was seamless, fast and a surprisingly good experience for something I was so nervous about. I highly recommend this practice and am so grateful for being referred onto JM Dental. If in doubt, I would recommend just having a consult and getting a treatment plan to being with.

Fantastic experience: Dr Tim is the dentist I have been looking for. It was nice to be greeted by the dentist and not the dental assistant as in other practices. I immediately felt relaxed. Dr Tim was thorough in his examination and was patient in explaining everything and answered all my questions. Sam the receptionist had Lena also need praise in their friendly and caring attitude. A very positive experience and very reasonably priced.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Dr Kurt and all the staff at JM dental highly enough. I recently found myself facing the daunting prospect of losing a front tooth. Dr Kurt really took the time to talk me through my options, and help me choose the treatment option that was best for me. The care I received from the whole team ensured that the whole process was a lot less traumatic than I had imagined, and I could not be happier with the finished result. And all painfree! Fantastic experience: Excellent service from the moment you walk in the door. The reception staff are always kind and helpful. Dr Tim Jorgensen always has a smile on his face and seems to really know his stuff. He gets to the bottom of what you want and need from your dental quickly. He is sensitive to your needs, I have a fairly sensitive gag reflex that can make dental appointments dificult, and he would make adjustments so that I was comfortable and he could finish the appointment. I cannot recommend Tim Jorgensen and Joregensen and Mutzelberg dental more, it's the level of service all health practitioners should strive to provide

Fantastic experience: I have been going to JM Dental for years & find his services very friendly & professional. Being a DVA gold card holder Jorgensen is very accomodative & caring in his manner. I would highly reccomend him as a dentist to go to.

Positive experience: The dental work is professional but they charged me an additional ‘emergency’ fee which I was not expecting and wasn’t communicated when I made the booking. I felt ripped off and regret paying it.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say a big thank you to Dr Kurt and Dr Tim who I have been seeing for a long time now. As been not a spring chicken I am not good at visiting dentist regularly, probably because of my not so good past experience (probably lots of people of my generation had) so when I do need to go it is almost never an easy fix. Last Time I saw Dr Tim who was able to do a miracle job and put a smile back on my face. I highly recommend this practice as not only the dentists who are caring but all the girls are amazing and very attentive from the moment you walk in.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dentist surgery. Dr Tim is fabulous, very caring. I spent years avoiding dentists, but Dr Tim is so wonderful I happily attend my dentist appointments since finding him.

Negative experience: I was told by Kurt that I couldn’t have implants and he offered my a bridge instead and said might last 10years at a cost of almost $30,000. I took my business elsewhere, I did get implants and cost me less than what Kurt wanted. So effectively I ended up with a much better result for less money. If you like wasting your money with a Dentist who clearly needs more training this is the place for you. I personally wouldn’t recommend this practice if my life depended on it. 1 Star as I can’t give 0. It is a repeat for my wife, $22,000, we paid $10,000 and got a much higher level of service and dental work. 2 strikes is enough for anyone.
