Fantastic experience: I’m not terribly fond of dentists, however, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Nada Aboush for dental treatment. She is calming, caring, and takes genuine interest in her patients. She has a very steady hand that even when injecting local anaesthetic, I’m surprised she’s finished injecting. I’ve been seeing Dr Nada for years as has all my family.

Fantastic experience: The extraction of a tooth by Dr Baker Hamdi was just so simple and 'unremarkable'....! Minimal discomfort and absolutely no pain during the procedure. No swelling at all No need for a pain killer even after the anaesthetic had worn off! And the staff do have a sense of humour, as too does 'the Baker' himself!

Fantastic experience: I had some of the most challenging dental procedures and Dr.Neda and her team were excellent. I can honestly say Dr.Hamdi is by far the best dentist. Professional and caring and his dental work is fantastic. My family have been using their services more than 10 years.

Negative experience: Awful experience. I had a filling done, and it broke within a week. I went back to have it fixed, and was told no charge as it should not have broken. A week later, it broke again. When I went back to get it fixed again, I had to see a different dentist who said if it broke twice then there was likely an issue with a tooth and that I would need a crown. She also refused to fix the filling free of charge, so I left for a second opinion. On the way out, Tina the receptionist/dental nurse offered her unqualified and unsolicited opinion that there ‘must’ be something wrong with the tooth, and certainly not a bad job by the dentist. I went and got a second opinion from a different dentist, who determined there was nothing wrong with the tooth and that it was absolutely a bad job by the initial dentist. Rather than accept fault, these people tried to convince me that the tooth was the issue and that I was going to need to spend extra money on a crown. This used to be a good dental clinic before it was sold, these new dentists and staff are horrible. I’m not sure if it’s incompetence or something more sinister, but I strongly advise you go elsewhere.

From the initial consultation to post-operative care, Dr Baker and his team provided exceptional support and guidance. I've tried many dental clinics before and none of them was as great as this one. Fantastic experience: Like most families, we have been to many dental clinics, but nothing compares to General and cosmetic dentistry. Dr Nada is the ultimate professional. Her service and treatment is gentle and caring . She explains in detail what needs to be done. I’m in the process of a dental implant with Dr Baker, I was extremely nervous. However, he talked me through the procedure and he was extremely gentle every step of the way stopping to see if I was okay. My fears soon disappeared . Fantastic experience: All Staff are very professional, the place are welcoming, Dr Nada got a gentile hands and take her time to clean, or do any other procedure we been with with this clinic for years, its the best dentist clinic you can visit.

Negative experience: The cleaning of my teeth was rushed quickly and then she rubed fluoride on my teeth with her finger. Previous owners took much more time in cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I recently had work done by Dr Nada to bridge a missing front tooth. I was initially hesitant to have the existing bridge replaced but her assurances of a better outcome, i’m happy to say, were corroborated by the results. Dr Nada displayed a genuine positive approach throughout the process and I was well apprised of limitations, what I could expect and options to improve. Each step from the first consultation, the painless injections (yes, it’s true!) to the follow up appointments were managed and conducted in a professional manner by Dr Nada and her team.

Fantastic experience: My mum and I have been seeing Dr. Nada and her team for over three years now. During our time with her we have been impressed with the professionalism, as well as warm and friendly personalities, of not just Dr. Nada but all that assist in the clinic. The practice is clean, comfortable and welcoming and we always feel confident that we are getting reliable advice on our dental health. My mum also had a major dental procedure done and we were impressed with how smoothly this went, as well as the follow up care that we received. We are happy to have found a family dentist that we can reliably go to for a long time to come. It can be hard to find a great dentist by searching online without knowing what to expect. We felt the same too but we are happy with the choice we made and highly recommend the practice to others looking for a dentist too.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dentistry! Dr Nada Aboush explains everything she is doing and what is needed for future visits. Always let me know the costs up front so there will be no surprises. The price is fair and affordable. The clinic is always clean and the equipment is top notch. Dr Nada is very professional and caring. Her follow up is very prompt and I feel very safe with her. Especially after a tooth infection that the pain was horrible (literally went to the hospital), she arranged to see me ASAP (in Between stage 4 restrictions that wasn’t easy) and she helped me with her knowledge to relieve the pain. Not to mention her phone calls just to make sure that I am ok. I can’t describe with words my appreciation Thank you Dr Nada!

Negative experience: Dr Nada Aboush is extremely rude and unprofessional. She should be reported for high-pressure intimidation tactics. After a long wait, while finally in the dentist chair - she then puts my X-rays on the screen close to my face while laying in the chair and says: "Do you mind if we update your x-rays?" If she was completely honest, she would have said: "I want to charge you $100 for no reason, and I use this same sneaky tactic on you and other patients every day". The x-rays, with the unwanted fluoride application (see below) is a very dirty, $150 pressure tactic that seemed well-rehearsed and commonly practised. In a clinical medical setting, laying down in a chair with two masked professionals literally standing over you - it's very difficult to say no. VERY DIRTY TACTIC, DR NADA ABOUSH. Other Dentists usually spend 45+ mins cleaning and inspecting. Dr Nada Aboush spent 15 mins total! Next, she quickly shoved Fluoride in my mouth without first asking me if I could afford it, or explaining it's purpose. I had to pay an extra $50 for this! RIP-OFF, RUDE DENTIST - DO NOT USE!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a customer for several years now. I’ve had multiple pleasant experiences with Dr Nada with my usual 6 month check ups. Gentle hands and professional work is consistent. I used to have a fear of dentists but I have felt very comfortable with Dr Nada. I have also had a surgical operation with Dr Baker. He was very gentle and experienced, I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

Negative experience: My husband & I have been twice-yearly patients for at least 15 years but the clinic has changed ownership. On our last visit, I was asked to pay an out of pocket amount (which is contrary to our health cover’s terms). When I queried this with the receptionist, she told me this was a matter for me and my health fund provider, but insisted I pay the clinic what I was billed. I sat in the waiting room and contacted HCF who was concerned that the clinic had used the “wrong” billing code. The HCF rep then asked the Receptionist why they were now billing more than they needed to! I was more concerned with the way the middle eastern receptionist had spoken to me. I asked another nicer (Asian) receptionist to get the owner (dr. Nada) to call me to discuss the over billing issue and the rudeness of her staff. It is now three weeks and she still hasn’t contacted me! Very arrogantly-run clinic. We will definitely be looking for another dentist who doesn’t over charge and values their customers.

Fantastic experience: I went there for an emergency treatment and I met Dr. Baker and his staff and they are really professional in handling my case. Everyone is friendly and the level of services are second to none. Definitely I will recommend friends and family to come and have their dental treatment here.

All members of their dental staff are well-trained, personable, highly efficient, friendly, knowledgable, but most of all, they are kind and caring people - and as a result of this, I believe the quality and provision of treatment here is that of the standard of best practice. Fantastic experience: I have seen Dr Baker nearly a year now since moved to Kew east. At the time I was desperate to find a good dental surgeon for my wisdom teeth extraction. I never really liked dentists but then I found Dr Baker. I have to say he is one of THe BeST dental surgeons I've encountered. He is really gentle and light with his hands, always makes me feel comfortable. Most important he's willing to work with his patients make them happy with their result. I'm a nervous patient, at times I fainted at the sight of blood when anxious. But Dr Baker has a way of making me calm and relax. He took the time to explain every procedure he was doing. Thanks to his caring, skillful approach I never had complications nor hardly felt any pain. Dr Baker has a great team of staff. They are very caring, compassionate and patient with desire to make patients happy with the results. Fantastic experience: Every experience i have had here has been a good one. From the receptionist, who is exceptionally friendly, the dentists i have seen - Dr Nada and Dr Peilee Chew, and the surgeon Dr Baker, all have been very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and gentle. I also couldn't believe the low cost to get a wisdom tooth out and i was really impressed with the care shown after my tooth extraction.

Fantastic experience: As a person who always dreaded going to the dentist, I now have the opposite opinion, due to my current dentist Dr. Nada Aboush, who I met over 2 years ago,where I was overwhelmed by her warmth, friendly and compassionate attitude towards myself and my wife(who has cancer). Her friendly approach in explaining what is the treatment my teeth require, made me feel like a person, not a statistic. Now Dr. Aboush is operating at GENERAL AND COSMETICS DENTISTRY along with very friendly staff makes for myself and my wife a pleasant and enjoyable time to visit our dentist for dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: I went there to do a filling .Booking was easy and receptionist was very polite and professional .I always had the phobia that going to dentist is going to be painfull but I met Dr. Chew and i didnt experience any pain during the whole process and enjoyed watching Tv on the ceiling while I was on the chair .Billing was fair and reasonable and haven't had any problem with that tooth .I highly recommend this place if you want to have an easy and less painfull dentistry experience.

Negative experience: My son went three times to this dentist in 2016. 3 times the female dentist tried to fill a cavity. 3 times she screwed up and Liam now has a temporary filling in his tooth due to her inadequacy. He also made payment for each of her screw ups. Shame it was our excellent family dentist for more than a decade. Now the original clinic has been sold!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Couple of months back I had gone there and had the worst experience as far as dentist appointment is concerned. I had to wait 20 mins and teeth cleaning was not properly done . I could see the stains and I pointed out that but no use. For the Payment she charged me $67 more than she should have charged. Although I got the money back when I complained to her manager but I had to go back wasting more time during work hours. I was charged more for bad & delayed service . I would not go back there again.
