From the ladies in the front office who great you with a friendly smile, to the engaging, thorough and professional hygienist (Johanna), and the experienced, kind and extremely competent dentist (Helen). They make a trip to the dentist as good an experience as you can get. Really happy with them, and can’t rate them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I am a scaredy cat when it comes to going to see the Dentist, that was until I came across Helen Powis. I have seen her several times and she always puts me at ease and now I don't sit in the waiting room feeling sick with nerves. I never get nervous now. The Reception Staff, especially Leah, are always so down to earth and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and they always have a smile on their face.

Negative experience: Really not a great experience overall. I was initially put with a junior dentist without being told beforehand. I had made an appointment for a crown, the temporary crown appointment ended up taking over three hours and another appointment had to be made because the necessary materials hadn’t arrived in time. The temporary crown came off after just a week, and I had to return to get it reattached. The final crown also came out, meaning I had to take another day off work to have it fixed. When I tried to organise a clean recently, I was told there was only one hygienist available for the rest of the year and the earliest appointment was in two months. To book a filling with a senior dentist, the wait time was three months. Despite all of these issues, there has been no contact from management to apologise or offer any resolution. Overall, the experience has been inconvenient, time-consuming, and very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: My hygiene appointment was great, had a Biofilm test to see if the bacteria i had in my mouth was a risk to my gum health and general health, Both Johanna and Caity were very professional and explained the whole process very well. The airflow clean was very gentle and comfortable. Cant recommend Best St Dental enough, 5 stars........

Dr Ruby and Janelle really helped put me at ease with good humour and kindness, they were both very professional while checking my teeth and explaining the issues I had. I appreciated being able to see my teeth on a monitor so I could understand what was happening, I felt that gave me agency. I will be back soon!

Fantastic experience: What a Simply Marvelous team Dr. Amanda & Michelle are. As a young fella I had some bad experiences with a dentist and so I very grudgingly turned up to my appointment. I have to say that was the best ever dental app. Dr. Amanda was amazing, I felt very spoilt under her care. Michelle was fantastic, doing her assistant thing and talking to me! I cannot say enough about them, other then: "Make an appointment.....NOW!"

Fantastic experience: I was surprised at the professionalism of the dentist I had, Dr Rosemary Morgan. These days, it’s hard to find people who you think are genuinely caring and have great skills. Dr Rosemary would listen well, doesn’t yank your mouth open, you could tell she just really cared about your experience at the dentist. She was very thorough. I strongly recommend her to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I have had awful experiences with many dentists in Wagga in the past however Dr McCosker and the lovely assistants I have had at Best St Dental are completely outstanding! She talks me through everything she is doing using language I understand with no pain. I have had everything from a clean to an extraction with Amanda and wouldn't go anywhere else! 10/10 professional and caring with follow up calls to make sure I'm okay!
